Nice but too many stairs. Glad pets are allowed. What is it with housekeeping that they only partially clean & when you ask for TP you get 1 roll when you have 2 bathrooms? Thank you for the breakfasts & dinners. They are nice.

I would have given it 5 stars but the cleaning staff does need a little work. We found a bottle of Diet Coke in the fridge from the last guest. Also the shelves in the cabinets needed to be cleaned out. Other than those two thing, great place to stay.

We saw Sonesta ES Suites on a search for a hotel. Decided to try and had a great experience. Extremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great too! Would highly recommend staying and would definitely book again.

Overall this day was okay. We had stayed at this location last year and found it wasn't very good at all. They've gone through and renovated the rooms and the furniture is much better and the appearances much better. Bathroom tub had a very large paint section removed and there were some dirty wash clothes still in a drawer. Otherwise it was okay but I'm not sure we'll go back to this area as there are a number of other locations that we've tried and like better.

My dad and mom stayed at this hotel. They loved it so much they decided to stay in Cleveland a little longer. I'm an interior designer and i have to say they've got the design of the rooms set beautifully! The colors and layout are very appealing. I nice area in the rooms for visiting (ample chairs, a couch and coffee table). Also a nice kitchenette. The bed looks very comfortable. The room was very clean and the grounds are week kept. This area of Cleveland is also very nice for visitors. There are many good restaurants to choose from, grocery stores near by, a beautiful metropark, about 2 minutes from the highway and nearby shopping of all sorts.

What a fantastic place to stay! Had a great little outdoor pool, as well as a basketball court/tennis court (with equipment to borrow). Nice tv room /lounge. Our room was huge! Rick at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. We stayed in a two bedroom loft. It was absolutely great layout for our family. Basketball court was fun and breakfast was hot and tasty.

We were just looking for a place to lay our heads. Arrived late, left early. We are pretty picky when it comes to hotels/rooms, but we also know that sometimes you get what you pay for. In this case, our "bargain room" (under $100 on a Friday night) far exceeded all expectations. We stayed in a king suite. This place is recently renovated and has a very modern flare. Very spacious. Loved the set up from the large kitchen with full fridge, microwave, sink to the comfy beds and bathroom. Full size coffee pot with cream and sugar and push button shampoo, body wash and conditioner in the shower..no need for mini bottles. Great access right off i80 and plenty of restaurants, stores near by. I'd definitely stay here again if ever passing by and will add this hotel chain to my list of searched hotels for future reference. Free breakfast was a bonus!
