When I arrived this evening I asked the manager if my uber driver could use the restroom. The man had driven me 40 minutes from Cleveland. The manager said yes. 3 minutes later my African American uber driver walked in and asked if he could use the restroom. The manager told him there was no public restroom. I had never been there so I did not speak up. My driver left and as i went to the elevator I saw the public restroom. I went back to the front desk and confronted the manager. He said it was his second day and he did not know there was a restroom yet he had a plaque at the front desk with his name on it.

Dont stay here. They are racist! I called Hilton and complained. Lets see if they do anything.

Very clean and accommodating! Manager very nice. Their breakfast is wonderful. Impressed with the fact if you are running late, there is a bag you can take with you that has some breakfast items in it.

They only had one room left and it was a handicap room with a king size bed. The room was very spacious and very comfortable. My mom, nephew, and I all slept in the bed comfortably. Breakfast was very good but the juice was warm.

King room was very spacious. Continental breakfast was good and the free items at the desk were very nice (water, soda, snacks, etc). Fitness center and pool are extremely small.

Not bad updated hotel. There was an issue with an odd red stain in the bathroom, something that was behind the wallpaper, it just looked pretty gross. Also, the breakfast is just OK, there was yogurt that had been expired for over two weeks in the refrigerator at breakfast. There was some reconstituted eggs and some microwaved sausages. Again, just an OK breakfast. I have had much better at other Hampton inns.
