Extremely personable and helpful staff made our visit here during Hurricane Season one that will be forever remembered, due to their hospitality and kindness. And such a trying time it was great to find a place that felt like home, away from home. The facilities are extremely well taken care of. The amenities inside of our room were perfect - the kitchen has a stove top and a microwave sink and dishwasher. The smaller living space has a couch office desk and internet connection as well as a TV. Then, and the bedroom there is another TV along with a closet and to sink area and a closed area for the toilet and shower. Perfect portions

Love this place. Safe parking and reliable shuttle for cruising. Paige at the front desk was very pleasant. Very comfortable rooms.

The stay was fine but the Management I could not say the same for. I asked on Tuesday and again today(Thursday) if we could arrange a monthly rate? After two times asking to speak to the manager with no reply I just decided to move down the road. I would have been fine with no change in price but the fact that my call or message with the front desk was never answered. That was enough for me to find another hotel down the road for $50.00 per night cheaper.

Clean room with perfect size kitchen and living room. Free breakfast with hot items, even serve soymilk. Definitely a great place to stay!

Shared one room for a group of 6 before we went on a cruise. The breakfast was great! Service was awesome! Had a shuttle to the port for only $4 per person.

I received a 2/2 suite with a full kitchen and I paid just for a king room. The breakfast is extensive and great. The pool is very nice although too chlorinated. There is jacuzzi, fire pit and basketball court. 6-7:30 light complimentary appetizers and wine and beer are being served. The staff is great and very attentive. There are good restaurants nearby and a supermarket. I will be back.

The hotel is always clean and the units are very well stocked. The breakfast buffet has enough to start your day with different types of breakfast food variety like eggs, oatmeal, fruit, today, etc.. The weeknight meet and greets are nice with drinks and snacks. The staff is always very nice and accommodating and go the extra mile to make sure your stay is perfect. Their pool is the best..not small bit large enough to enjoy quiet time. Great place.

The Residence Inn Cape Canaveral is a great location at the top end of Cocoa Beach near the Kennedy Space Center. The lobby was clean and well lit, I was immediately greeted by the staff despite the late hour of my arrival. The check in process was smooth and they provided me everything I requested. The room was spacious and clean, well stocked with towels, and awesome black out curtains. The house keeping staff did a great job to make my stay comfortable and homey. The breakfast options were plentiful and well stocked, I especially appreciated the fact that they had soy milk! While I didn't take advantage of either, the patio and pool areas looked clean and nice.

Overall the staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean and pleasant. One day we left our room late. The housekeeper was still working on the floor yet she never checked back to clean our room. It was disappointing to come back to our room tired only to find it unmade. Perhaps we should have stopped at the desk to ask them to ensure the housekeeping staff cleaned our room but that has always been our experience at good quality hotels. The mattress in our room was very uncomfortable - no support.
Our A/C was noisy and not cooling which made for an uncomfortable night but the problem was corrected when we brought that to the attention of the front desk.
Wifi in the rooms was non-existent for our entire stay. Not sure if it was because of the nearby overhead power grid lines. If one needs Internet access this is not the place for you.

We were only here for a handful of hours the night before embarking on a cruise, but for the time we were there, it was pleasant. Rooms were clean and well taken care of. Staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was good with a lot of options (biscuits and gravy, yogurt, waffles, fruit, sausages, oatmeal, etc.). All around good experience!
