Charged me 10 extra for a room with my family when I checked in after I booked it over the phone as 2 adults 2 kids. The receptionist wrote it as 1 adult 0 kids. Heavy construction going on in the lobby. Dusty and dirty and the floor is torn up. Carpet is dated and smells, celings are stained with water damage and remnants of old ac systems are still on the wall. Shower is ok, water smells strange. Towels are very cheap. Manager on duty was very rude, but the receptionist when we checked in was very nice. She was rolling the crib up for us when we went in the room. Overall, stay somewhere else.

2 stars because they had available rooms when no one else did. But that’s it. The customer service demonstrated by D. Patel (had to argue to get his name, no tag) is unacceptable and I even had to file a corporate complaint. My room smelled like mold, one bed smelled like pee, my shower had a hard time turning on and a wood piece is under the door because it’s not level. I toughed it out, but the next morning when I could get the shower on I went to tell Patel at which time he began getting loud saying he has never had a complaint etc in 20 years before telling me to “get the f**k out”.., I didn’t ask for a refund or anything I was checking out and told him I couldn’t shower. I didn’t even care at that point but he took it upon himself to remind me I am “half his age and don’t know any better” . This place is a joke and I will never stay or recommend a Ramada to anyone. I used to think good of the Ramada. Never again. You’re better off staying across the street at the best western my last visit was better there

Not impressed. Strange odor throughout complex. Very dated looking. Very few electrical outlets, 3 total plug ins. Staff not overly concerned with my comfort. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 only because their low price.

We stayed Monday thru Thursday for work. On Tuesday the water was off during the day. Wednesday evening came in from eating no water. Got up Thursday morning still couldn't take a shower bc had no hot water. The room had a bad smell every time we came thru the door. We would never recommend to stay here!!!

It's attached to a Dennys where guests get a 10% discount. Also, there's a separate free breakfast. Overall, the rooms weren't too bad and the staff were friendly.

It's an older hotel that has been remodeled for "modernized" look, but still smells old however I got used to the smell quick. They have nice comfortable pillows, most likely has down feather fill. The power outlets may need to be updated, but it works fine. Good value for money, I will most likely use this hotel again if I come to this area.

Hotel is a little dated. The halls have a musty odor to them(possibly just a fact of life in the humid Florida environment?). The staff was very friendly and efficient. The rooms themselves were in very good shape. They were clean and the beds are very comfortable. The room I was in had no odor at all, it was just in the halls. Overall it was a good experience. The walls are a little thin, so if you have inconsiderate noisy neighbors you may get to listen to them.
