Right on the beach with great views.
Very reasonable in prices. And clean.
Free breakfast right by the pool is a nice way to start the day

Room was well kept. View was excellent. Was nice being able to walk straight out to the beach from the hotel. Lots to do in the area, including Kennedy Space Center only about 30 minutes away.

The rooms are great, nice ocean view for most of them. It's centrally located with lots of great restaurants around. The staff is very friendly and resolved issues quickly.

Outstanding hotel right next to the Cocoa Beach pier you're literally do not have to leave this area. The hotel itself was spotless the staff was very helpful on every need room service every day, continental breakfast everyday and three elevators. The pool is heated there's a little Tiki Bar open in the afternoon to approximately 6 p.m. by the pool.. you're walking distance to the ocean.. if you're military active or veteran ask for your military discount I saved approximately $200 on my 6-day stay because I was a veteran and actually the front desk brought that to my attention after seeing my Air Force veteran hat..
You are walking distance to one or two package stores for all your extra needs water beer Etc.. would definitely come back here again and I will come back here againresponse / report this review -

Stay began a little shaky with a massive down pour and leaking in our room. This was due to damage caused by a recent hurricane and the down pour had been the most significant rain received since. The hotel been over backwards to move us to a room in the same floor with the same view and made she we were satisfied. Room is clean and comfortable at a great price. Also allows pets without requiring a fee. This is our second time staying here and will most certainly not be the last!

Although this is an older hotel, the room has been updated and was very clean. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Elite status had already upgraded us to a oceanfront room when we got there. The view was great and we had a balcony. Only steps from the beach.

Nice hotel in this price range! Beautiful beach side view, nice personal! We arrived at 10pm with kids and they knew that kids wish to go to the pool no matter on time and it was no problem! Next day we need to extended the room stay for extra hour and it was no problem! And no extra charge!!! Realy nice stuff! Recommended!!!

Great views and awesome service. Staff was very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Additionally, housekeeping staff did great with all the sand we would drag in and even arranged the kids' stuffed animals in cute ways every day. Would definitely come back here!

Stayed here the night before a cruise and would stay again. It's located right along the beach with the pier is just a short walk away.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were staying at the tail end of the slow season, and were even upgraded to a room with an ocean view, which was wonderful to watch the sunrise and the ships in the morning.
Our room was clean and modern with wood laminate floors and granite counter tops. The vanity in the bathroom and the coffee/fridge area were quite small, which made it difficult for 4 people to get ready in the morning. The rest of the room was a decent size and included a balcony.
Continental breakfast is included, the selection was okay, but nothing to get excited about. The breakfast serving and seating area is very small and I could see it becoming an issue during the busy season. As it was, we had difficulty finding a seat inside, but luckily the pool and porch area offers tables tucked back among the trees and we ate back there. It was a nice area with a small water feature.response / report this review -

It's all about the staff at our hotel in Canaveral/Cocoa Beach Florida
We have been staying at this wonderful hotel as a result of of a house fire and couldn't be more grateful for the way the staff has treated us. We have been made to feel like Family and that goes for the entire staff from housekeeping to management​. This hotel staff should put on a clinic for other hotels & hospitality establishments​ to follow. We're I to choose a hotel on the Florida Space Coast, I would not hesitate to select this facility for my Family vacation in this area. In addition to the phenomenal location adjacent to the famous Cocoa Beach Pier, the hotel is the real deal ocean front. The full hot breakfast buffet is inclusive of the room rate and presents an overall value for ones vacation consideration. I simply cannot endorse this hotel and staff strongly enough, both my wife and I will miss the hotel and the wonderful staff once we check out of the hotel. Do not miss the La Quinta Inn & Suites here at the Canaveral/Cocoa Beach location.response / report this review -

We are returning guests at this hotel, this is our third time staying here and every time has been amazing. The staff are great including Lori who is our favorite. The rooms are always clean and the wireless is okay, the pool is fun and clean and very friendly for children. The free breakfast every morning is surprisingly good. It includes eggs sausage potatoes waffles yogurt cereal sometimes hard boiled eggs and fruit juices. The hotel staff offer beach towels and water bottles when asked. My wife and I have come back 3 years in a row and next year will be the 4th!

Very busy location with very limited parking during the day. I arrived early, around noon, and was told my room was not available and that I would be notified when my room was available. I decided to visit the beach then went back to the hotel lobby. For several hours I heard the front desk call and let guests know their rooms were available. After three hours, multiple other guests receiving calls for rooms available and the house keeping staff clocking out I went back to the front desk and asked about my room. My room was ready but for how long I have no clue. Ultimately the room was nice and the staff friendly albeit not paying attention.

I love this place. I booked a room here for spring break so my husband,our son and I could all enjoy Cocoa Beach and the Pier, and I don't regret it at all. I chose this place because of the reviews and hard wood floors. Complimentary breakfast was good, just make sure you get up on time to get a table. The Pier has an arcade with outside table spaces to eat and enjoy the ocean view.
