We had stayed here once before, so we jumped at the chance to come back.. We were crammed into the smallest spot in the entire park. Management was rude when we checked in. Lots of full-timers. The bathrooms were disgusting.. my husband skipped his shower because there was vomit all over the bathroom. The worst for us was how loud everyone was, both late at night and early in the morning. Don’t think we will be back.

Beautiful campground, we came after Irma and they are still cleaning up the damage but you can see the care that they take of the grounds. Will come back after the clean-up so we can enjoy the dock and river area.

Nice place, Full hookups. Sites are small and difficult to get a motorhome in. Many are very uneven. Good location, but pool closes at dusk and my biggest beef is that they charge extra $$ if you are even slightly early by an hour or so. We had to park elsewhere just to check in after 3pm. Not easy in a 40ft RV.

Right on the Indian River. Nice view of all space launches. County Park so reasonable prices. Nice pool, laundry and close to groceries if you need them.

Campground is quiet and peaceful except for campers who don't control their kids. 99.9 percent wonderful and to paraphrase the Jackson 5, one bad apple does spoil the bunch. Camp rangers are overwhelmed and don't hesitate to tell you so. However they will take the time to drive around and tell you that your vehicle is encroaching on the next site by a foot. All easily fixable. One hand does not know what the other is doing. We called the desk at the campground to extend the reservation for our spot. We were told that we could have our current spot for another month if we paid the next morning. When I went to pay, they had already given our spot away and tough toenails for us. We have to move somewhere else and start from scratch. I've never been evicted from anyplace just for doing what they instructed us to. They need to do the difficult things instead of letting it go.

So serene and peaceful, safe, big clean bath houses, toilets, changing area. Nice pool. Dog Park is fenced, Shady, well maintained. Fishing/viewing pier with benches, right on the Intercoastal Waterway. Excellent view of playful Dolphins, and rocket launches from the Cape right across the river!! Walk/bike trails, very kid friendly. Can't wait to go again! From tent camping, to large RV vehicleselectric, water, sewage hookups :-)

Great campground! Always full of friendly faces and smiles. Awesome amenities, great sites. Just wish they had an extra pool and lawn chairs. We just got back from dolphin watching. Love this place!

Beautiful place. Watched a night rocket launch. Amazing spot right opposite the launch pad and next to the river.

My husband is working at the power plant & we have been here since 4/1 & will be here until around 7/1. During the week it is very quiet. The 'weekend campers' fill the place up EVERY WEEKENDand I mean FILL IT UP.

We have our dogs with us (2 big dogs & 1 tiny). Our furr-babies love the dog park. There is plenty of room for them to stretch their legs & run. There is also a portion the has plenty of trees as well. My only complaint is that there is nothing for the dogs to play on no agility features.

The laundry facilities are convenient but could use better equipment. I understand that they are aiming for natural areas & not manicured lawn. However, it would be nice if the weeds were taken care of that are right around the camper & parking areas.

All in all, we like staying here & if he comes back to work we will stay here again. The location convenient to where he works & to everything we need. I like that we are away from the hustle & bustle of stores but they are quite close as well.

Good little campground made well on its spaces with lots if trees and shade. More lizards, and various kinds, here than I've seen anywhere in my life lol! Not extremely close to anything but nice. Dog park, fishing dock/pier over the Indian River, swimming pool and clubhouse. Very busy with lots of campers, full-timers, and wonderful German families vacationing here this week no joke, we met 4 different German families in one day at the poolall unrelated! Great people though. ;-) I feel like it's not easily accessible to the ocean or beaches and is pretty secluded other than very close to the Kennedy Space Center.

just had to respond about the review concerning people in tents. While we were there recently we did see a few folks with tents. They were very well kept and followed all guidelines and everyone we met in the campground were nice. The Ladies who handle admin/office duties were swamped with a lot of inquiries, store purchases, calls, etc and handled it all in stride and were very helpful with making sure all questions were answered. We were scheduled to have to move yet it was worked out so we could stay in one spot and we got a great spot. All the sites are woodsy and i loved the pier on the river. For the price it was perfect.we got 9 days there in february so that was special. The convenience to cocoa beach, shopping, and attractions made it a great choice.
