WORST EVERRRRR!!!! DO DON'T USE THEM FOR LOGGING! ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE COMING FROM OUT OF STATE! WE DROVE 14 HRS AFTER RESERVING 3 ROOMS MORE THAN 8 MONTHS IN ADVANCE, ONLY TO FIND OUT WHEN WE GOT TO FL THAT THEY SHUT DOWN FOR REPAIRS WITHOUT ANY NOTICE TO US!!!! THIS WAS A DAMN NIGHTMARE! WE HAD A CRUISE THE NEXT DAY AND HAD NO WHERE TO SLEEP WITH A SMALL CHILD! ALL HOTELS WERE BOOKED EVEN OUTSIDE OF THE AREA! NEVER EVER AGAIN and we are writing going to be contacting corporate and anyone else we can until we get some answers.
As to the room I can't say. They were evacuated because of hurricane Irma which is only sane and I understand completely. 5 days later and not letting anyone to know who had reservations made it a zero. We drove in 28 hours and had no room. Again closing is understandable but not notifying folks?
One of many options for a lower priced hotel in the Cape Canaveral area. Hotel is clean and the staff are pleasant and quick to take care of any needs. Rooms are clean and modern. Four floors with a two bank hydraulic (slow) elevator. Breakfast is complimentary and there is a social (Happy) hour from 530-7 in the evening. Definitely recommend this hotel.

My stay here was more than I expected. The room was beautiful and extremely clean. The breakfast was very good. The staff was beyond helpful. I would recommend staying here to everyone who comes to Port Canaveral. The have an excellent shuttle service to the port.
The room was not dusted and the filters needed to be replaced. The housekeeper that was sent back to my room had a really bad body odor and I just wanted her to leave. A person from maintenance came in and changed the filter and tried to vacuum up most of the mess. There is no real oder at check in and it takes awhile. To be fair I was there over a holiday weekend and they were very busy. I hope this was a one off for them. The hotel itself is nice and it has a great pool area.
We stayed here in 2012 and could not ask for a better stay. Very clean and very nice staff. It was raining really bad when we finally arrived and I remember the staff telling us they were going to keep the pool open a little longer that night because we we're not able to enjoy it earlier due to all the rain. That made my kids very happy. The next morning before we were able to board the ship for a cruise they fed us a awesome breakfast buffet style. They definitely have my reservation the next time I'm in that part of Florida..
We had stayed here before going on the Disney Cruise and it was a great decision. We had family coming in from all over and had several rooms at the hotel. The hotel was very comfortable, the breakfast was great, the room (suite) was so spacious, and the added extras like coffee/tea and cookies added to it! The shuttle service offered to the port worked perfectly and John was so professional and helpful!
I have to add that this hotel excels in customer service. I had the pleasure of meeting Amber who was working at the front desk. She was so kind, helpful, and thoughtful. She made our family feel welcome and comfortable and went above and beyond what would ever be expected of her! Thank you to all the staff there who were more than helpful and accommodating! I HIGHLY recommend this hotel!
It was a great experience. We got the reservation using Express Deals by Priceline, were not aware of what we were getting. Turned out it was a Family Suite at this hotel. It was very roomy with a separate small room with two single beds, which was perfect for our boys. Breakfast was free and delicious with lots of options. The swimming pool was real nice and the hot tub with a small water fountain definitely won my kids' hearts.
