For a Holiday Inn Express this place was awesome!!! The staff is awesome. Rooms big, clean and well equiped. Dont even think about it! This is a wonderful place to stay!

Looked nice but we did not stay. Rooms were over $100 higher for Friday night just because the town was full of people boarding cruise ships the next day.

Nice and clean hotel. The rooms and furniture are a little bit dated already but in good condition. Staff is awesome and very helpful.
Breakfast doesn't start before 6:30 am during the week, which is kinda late if you are here for work. Not everyone can go on cruises here ;).
Breakfast could use some toast and bigger coffee cups. Other than that great. Nice outdoor swimming pool.response / report this review -

First I'll start with the staff, very friendly. They make you feel welcome and comfortable.
Also, I'm glad they had a nice variety for their continental breakfast, there's something for everyone one in the family.
For those smokers out there, you know when go to a hotel and you feel out of place when you go down to smoke well they have a nice sitting area out front of hotel for you. It was a pleasant surprise.

Stayed in the same name hotel in Alabama last night , same review rate as here and it was horrible. The staff at both hotels were great. Room is clean. Floor, walls and ceiling not stained. This is the Holiday inn Express my wife and I have been to time and time again for the last ten years , Same clean room different location and State.

The staff here is really subpar. When I arrived I was accused of stealing a parking space. I had to explain I was checking in and still met with resistance. I had two weeks booked here but I will find somewhere else as soon as it becomes available.

Excellent customer service! The staff was ready and willing to help with anything that we needed in our short stay. From calling a taxi very early in the morning, to quickly refilling breakfast items. Highly recommend to anyone travelling. They also offer a shuttle for $5/pp to the Port Canaveral cruiseship pier.

We had an unplanned stay and Melissa at the front desk accommodated us wonderfully as walk ins. When we came down for coffee the next morning, Joyce welcomed us warmly.

Easy to park. Front desk receptionist was very friendly. If your a fan of sleeping in cold weather, AC unit goes all the way to 61 degrees. Breakfast was ok, but what free breakfast is fantastic. All around 9/10

Staff is very friendly and helpful. They have great restaurant recommendations. Everything is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good quality. One block walk to the beach is great.

Staff acts nice when you get there and then harrasses you the rest of your vacation.. accused my husband, our two friends, and I of smoking in the hotel room. We do not smoke in our own home let alone in a hotel.. they started doing this the moment we arrived before they knew if we even smoked. Most ridiculous scam of my life.. never will stay at this hotel again. Do not trust promotional offers because they will try to screw you out of your money.

Car broke down right in the middle of the driveway to their front doors. I went in to explain this to front desk and before I could finish, they were offering to get someone to help me. They were extremely friendly and didn't make me feel bad. Don't to know their names, but two young ladies working around 300 pm on Thursday, March 2nd. Really appreciated their friendly and helpful attitudes.
