It was nice, didn't stay myself. Almost as good as my apartment. Pull out bed was horriendous though.

Nice Hotel within proximity to many work places around the area. The staff is nice an attends to the requests and calls anytime.
Ample parking available and this is one of the few residence Inn who serve food /snack in the evenings. I definitely enjoyed my stay here!!

Very nice newer hotel. The staff were very pleasant and graciously accommodated our request to be in a room with a full stove and oven. They even helped us out and gave us a piece of tinfoil we needed after we realized we had forgotten to bring some. My only complaint was that the bathroom counter was extra high and the sink set back so far that it is difficult to use if you are short (kids and short adults).

Very friendly staff. The rooms are clean and big with plenty of room to both work and relax. I like having a small kitchen with a full size refrigerator/freezer, 2 burner range and even a dishwasher.

Ample parking, easy unloading, friendly counter reception, willingness to secure member points, courtesy water bottle, friendly house-keeping staff, clean & neat rooms, well-lit, fixtures all work, toiletries are not funky, bed, bath and TV areas modern and welcoming. Highly recommend, would stay again.

Although not located at Patriot Place, it is a short drive or Uber to there. Great stay for travelling between RI, CT, NH and Boston. The staff is very friendly.

Best breakfast I've had at a Residence Inn, or any hotel. Beautiful, clean, and updated rooms. Great value

Three of us, parents and teen, stayed for two nights. Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. The complimentary breakfast was really good too. The room itself was clean and comfortable, except for the sofabed. Not recommended for a non-little kid. Our teen slept on the sofa rather than unfold the bed, as that was more comfortable. The a/c unit in the room lept freezing up, as well, and we didn't have it down that low. Overall, a good experience, but probably would not return during summer months.

I went with a family of four and got a two bedroom, two bathroom suite and it was the perfect size! The beds were pretty comfy, the rooms were roomy along with the shared living space, and decor. We also used the buffet breakfast which is your standard continental breakfast and a waffle maker. Only downside I would say is the absence of ice makers so if you wanted ice, you would have to go to the front desk and ask for some, which they were happy to do and provided a big gallon Ziploc bag filled with ice.

I didn't stay here but I visited a friend while she was staying here. The room was super nice and very clean. I like how there are a lot of doors so you can be close to your room when you park. The location is good too. Right near food places and close to Xfinity Center and Gillette Stadium

Deserves ZERO stars - We are a regular staying customer at Marriott and never have been treated this way. My daughter and I stayed at the Foxborough Marriott for two nights and checked out this morning. I cannot describe how rude the receptionist (was, not sure of her name ???Tameisha?? ) was. Because of her brusque behavior and very apparent annoyance at us I asked her name and she kept trying to hide it from me with my credit card receipt that I gave her. We had a 7:30 flight to catch this morning at Logan airport when I came to check out and pay cash. Oblivious to our time concern the receptionsit was annoyed and said that she had to make coffee for over a 100 residents who live there and other work to do. She said there was no note on the file indicating that we would be paying cash. I told her that I mentioned this when I arrived a day earlier and I have no idea whether they put a note or not. She was not familiar with applying the money and kept fumbling around and looked up at me saying am I okay. I said I was getting anxious since we had a flight to catch. She had NO concern for our time. I spent over half hour with her. She kept punching buttons on the computer and put the money away, saying that she had applied it. I mentioned I can't just leave unless she provides me with a receipt and she got angry at me saying that I should not be raising my voice. She again spent another 10 minutes punching keys on her computer at which point I said I really need to go and either she gives me a receipt of paying her cash or refunds my money. She got visibly upset and started preaching me and telling me how I have not been there for more that 20 minutes and I was exaggerating and I should not be getting annoyed at her in front my daughter and I need to learn to behave. Annoyed at her lack of concern I told her to get back to her work and she said she wanted me to leave the premises. I told her I will not leave till she gave me a receipt or refunded the money I had just given. She just kept at it on her computer. At which point almost 1/2 hour had passed and we were really getting late so I called the police, so I would have a police report that I had paid and the lady was not willing to return my money or give me a receipt. Finally after her fumbling around for another ten minutes while I waited for the cops to come she finally was able to produce a receipt with (THREE separate cash payments totaling the amount I paid- another indicator that she had no clue what she was doing). I asked her to give me back the original receipt that showed my card was charged but she refused to give it back to me. At this point I left, I figured I could go back to the card company if they charged me twice since I had finally gotten a receipt for the cash payment. While I was walking out she was screaming at me and my daughter on the top of her lungs!!! Fortunately for us, we did not hit too much traffic to Logan, since this all happened at 4:45-5:30 AM and we were able to make it to our flight. The employees at this place are insensitive and ignorant. The receptionist had NO concern about us missing our flight and was flat out obnoxious!!! She needs to be FIRED! Never again are we staying at this place!!!

Nice location, hotel is older but clean. Walls and doors are not insulated well so you hear neighboring showers. Friendly staff. Overall worth the price.

DO NOT STAY!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
I am a Marriott Platinum member. I virtually live in Marriott hotels around the world. I have a simple profile that requests a high floor, extra towels and pillows. I chose this property for the low price while driving from Boston down to NYC after a long day in Boston. Arrived at 9:30pm. It is in the middle of nowhere run by people dressed in sweats who cannot even do simple things like program keys correctly yet managed to do the opposite of every item in my profile - you would hope literacy was a Marriott requirement. Haha
