Very friendly service and cleanest rooms I've come across in my travels.
The conference Room was fully stocked for our needs everything was set up perfectly they asked us if we needed anything a couple of times for the short time that we were there they were great and gracious will do business with them again
The location of the hotel is great! But this isn't really a place you want to stay if you're looking for luxury. It's fairly run-of-the-mill where hotels are concerned. More of a place to stay if you have places to be during the day. Hotel staff and service are great!
Spent post honeymoon there. But its a pet friendly hotel. Beware of the smell. Good location.
Great location, friendly and accommodating staff, hotel is a little dated, but that is out of the staffs control.
Very clean and nice. Employees were very helpful.
Very clean, people friendly, over all nice place. Would recommend and stay again.
My wife and I are on a short New England road trip, something we've talked about doing for a whole. We started in Providence, RI, moving on to Boston, Salem, then down the Cape Cod peninsula. Our plan was to spend the last 2 nights in Martha's Vineyard, but a lack of affordable accommodation put paid to that. So we decided to move back inland early, and spend the 2 nights in a small ruralish town. A quick Google threw up the Red Roof Inn, Mansfield. The rate for a King bedroom for the duration was pretty good. And its in the right location. Like all the US holidays we've taken since our first family holiday to Orlando in 1993, we've used our accommodation as just a place to lay our heads, spending the days out and about, exploring the area and, of course, shopping. But as we've gotten older, comfort has played a larger part. So reviews and recommendations are essential when deciding where to stay. The Red Roof has gotten plenty of good reviews online, so that made our minds up pretty quickly and our online booking was made. A couple of hours later, we were there. On arriving, the receptionist had everything ready for us, so all I had to do was sign a form and we were good to go. Our room is on the 2nd floor (1st floor to all you UK readers). It is spotlessly clean, if a bit dated. The bed is huge, and very comfortable. There is a microwave, handy if you have a young family or a bottle feeding baby, and a fridge. This was essential for us as it is very warm (for early September) and cold drinks are a must. The only issue that we have, and which turned a 5 star review into a 4 star, is the corridor still stinks of cigarette smoke, although it is a non-smoking hotel. We accept that hotels and establishments which had allowed smoking in the past, will probably never get rid of the smell of tobacco smoke altogether. But the Red Roof suffers a lot as a result. Perhaps a change of carpet, a real trap for smoking odour, would help keep it to a minimum? Anyway, we leave for home (Ireland) tomorrow and will probably never be back in this part of the world again. But we will always have fond memories of small town America, something the Red Roof has contributed to.
The hotel was exactly what I expected. A nice property and friendly staff. My room could have used a few minor repairs. Loved the number of available outlets.. there must have been 20! No fighting over prime charging spots. Can't beat the location of your going to the XFINITY Center. Uber was only $10 there. Bring cash for your ride home, drivers looking for cash side jobs *at your own discretion* got us back quickly.
A good place to stay for a show. Warm bed and not much more.
Quality Hotel and Very, very good for the price. I have stayed at higher rated hotels that cost much more and received much worse treatment. Mini fridge/microwave combos in the room are literally a life saver. I stayed here while going to the Future show at Xfinity and don't regret staying here at all. If I get a room for a show again I most definitely will be staying here. 10/10
Convenient, clean. I wish they wouldn't default to charging for the safe. It causes delays at check-out.
Front desk is rude and hateful. They definitely discriminate. People act like you can't stay up past 9 if so they will lie and say your making noise and call the front desk. If your not white I recommend you don't come here. The elevator takes 5 to 10 minutes to come to the floor. All around nasty and filthy
I liked it. Very clean and welcoming. Might be back in the summer to enjoy the pool area. Great experience
