Overall good stay. Our room was quite big. Two double beds and a pull out. The kids enjoyed the pool and free breakfast and free parking was great. Also not too far from Boston 10-15 minute drive

I have stayed at this hotel probably 50 nights in three years. The rooms are impeccable, the service is kind and friendly, the pool is great, and each time I am in Boston there is no other place I would rather be. Cute town nearby with great dinning options. Even their laundry and dry cleaning service is top notch. Great place for the business traveler.

Very nice rooms. Breakfast was very filling. Rooms were big. Pool was very comfortable and big. Staff was very nice and helpful. I would stay here again for sure.

If you need a pet friendly hotel, particularly for a longer stay this place is a great option. I had to be out of my house for a few days while there was work done and my cat and I made our temporary home base here. It was a very stressful week and the staff here were a huge help. They worked their room cleaning time around when I could be there to supervise the cat and didn't force me to keep him crated when I was at work. Breakfast is included and there is food available for purchase at other times. The room was huge with a big sitting area so I didn't feel like I was crammed into one room for a week. The bed was pretty comfortable too.

The room service was absolutely great as the workers were very cleanly and kind to us. It's distance to Boston is great as well as all the local restaurants which really elevated our experience. The free morning breakfast also provided many quality foods like eggs and bacon which is just one of the reasons everyone should try the hotel out.

Our experience was very pleasant. We booked here because we are familiar with Hyatt Place and knew it couldn't be bad and it ended up great. We stayed outside of the city for cost reasons but the hotel offers a shuttle to the two closest t stations on the red and orange lines that you can sign up for when you check in. It was very reliable for us and the drivers were all super friendly. In fact everyone we interacted with at the hotel was very kind and helpful and went out of their way for us. We also met the operations manager during our stay who was very kind and helpful and you can tell he works very hard which shows in the service of all of the staff. There are a couple little restaurants and a CVS within walking distance which made it a great location also.

The room was spacious and provided overnight stay for our four person party while we attended a convention in town. The hotel is close to convenience and food services for any needs the hotel couldn't provide. They perform under an optional 'green' room service to use less energy and water. The check in and check out were fast and simple, as well as all our personal needs met. The included continental breakfast was diverse in options and service staff was well mannered and considerate.

This hotel turned out to be an excellent choice to accommodate a large wedding party. The lobby has many different seating arrangements which made it a great place to mix and mingle and also gave the late night group a place to visit without having to be in their rooms and disturbing others. The rooms are large and were recently renovated and were very family friendly. I ate lunch in the lobby on Saturday afternoon and had soup and salad and it was really tasty, I appreciated the convenience of not having to go out for lunch. The general manager and staff were all very helpful and professional and the hotel was also very clean. I would go back.
