Great stay! We were given an upgrade (what a surprise!) Room was spacious and clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. All kinds of coffee available in lobby. Very convenient to downtown, Plymouth attractions and restaurants. Dines at Anna's Harborside - delicious, try the Aegean fries. I would definitely stay at Best Western Plus Cold Spring again.

This was a wonderful experience from the moment we were greeted by our excellent host at the front desk whose name was Mark. The room is very comfortable especially the bed. The temperature control is excellent too. Great room amenities like gourmet coffee and a microwave. This is now one of our favorite places.

Convenient location to downtown and the walk. Room was large, beds comfortable. Bathroom was clean and contemporary. Breakfast normal but good for hotel "free" breakfast. They had coffee, bananas, granola and Greek yogurt, what else do you need? Eggs, sausage and waffles were available too. Fitness room was extra small and the weight equipment was dated. Aerobic equipment was good. Staff friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay again.

Very well run hotel/motel. Clean, organized, beautifully landscaped for an older property. Great location near town, highway, beach and restaurants (walking distance!). Staff is always friendly and helpful. Have stayed in many other Plymouth hotels over the past few years but like this one the best!

Hotel is a beautiful property and carefully reflects the location aesthetics. Rooms are comfortable. My main concern was the security as a woman traveling alone. The doors open to the parking lot. Staff were wonderful. Bed was clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was on a par with holiday inn express or Hampton. No issues Very close to good restaurants and the ocean. It'd be a great place to spend a few days. I was on business for a night

We had an excellent stay at the Best Western Plus Cold Spring in Plymouth. Our room, 231, had a great view of the bay, with a nice covered porch to sit and drink our coffee while watching the sun rise. The hotel is located within walking distance of downtown which saves on downtown parking fees. Yet it is also not centrally located that you are affected by the noise and crowds.

The breakfast was good, with many options and plenty of seating both indoors or on a patio outside. The staff was very friendly and more than willing to help with any suggestions for places to eat or attractions to visit!

One of the nicest Best Westerns that we stayed at during a 3 week vacation trip. Overall appearance, friendliness of staff, and cleanliness of facility all combined to make our stay comfortable and pleasant.

This place is so nice. We booked the king superior room with the Jacuzzi. The actual room is in its own building. Very private, clean and totally worth the money. It was like our own tiny little house. Loved it.

This a such a nice hotel. The grounds were terraced with different buildings on different levels. We stayed in the back at the top of the hill and it was so peaceful there. Great place to stay. We will definitely come back!

The room was comfortable and spacious for a hotel room. All of the staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, hot, and plentiful and the staff who oversaw the breakfast were quick to clean and replenish the buffet.

If you are in the Plymouth area, this is where you should stay. Staff is extremely helpful and kind. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location near restaurants and attractions. I couldn't recommend this hotel more.
