Great experience at the SpringHill Suites. It's a Marriot hotel after all. From the check in time to check out, the staff have been very professional, caring and friendly. I like the chupa touch on the front desk. My room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the towels soft. Quiet night! Well located, I would definitely go again

THEY CHARGE 25$ for parking. Wish someone would have told me about this before they just added it to my credit card. JUST THOUGHT ID SPREAD THE WORD SO OTHERS KNOW ABOUT IT. I’m sure they’ll find a new way to con you too. 👎 apparently it says it on their website though so if you use a third party and don’t go through Marriott. Com or book a room over the phone plan on them charging you too.

Great hotel. Quiet, clean, clasy. Perfect for by business travelers. Off the strip, so good for rest. Good connection with Strip and airport, you can even easily walk to closest casino.

If you are planning to stay here because you are visiting Vegas for a convention at the Convention Center, it doesn't make ANY sense to stay at this hotel because there is a 25$ nightly parking fee! You can stay at a good hotel that has free parking and just drive your car to the convention center every day because parking fee of the convention center is way cheaper than this hotel's! The bathroom door in the room was located directly across the bed and there was no air conditioning in the bathroom, so there is no way of getting rid of the odors which again makes no sense. The breakfast was okay; not bad, not impressive. They served the beverages in paper cups, too lazy for washing the dishes I guess. Overall, not my favourite hotel in Vegas. I'm not planning to stay here again.

Be aware there is a $25/night parking fee here. Decent property and typically Marriott. Staff was friendly and room was reasonably well cleaned. Minor issues with a bathroom fixtures. Overall I really like the SpringHill suites layout. WiFi works well.

This is a no frills Vegas hotel great for for work trips and the simple stay that is necessary for a good night's rest. Vegas never goes to bed, so there is always plenty of opportunity to explore, but it's nice to be able to unwind quietly. Free breakfast, kind and attentive staff, I stay here for work so I can actually make the trip worthwhile, and still enjoy the spoils of Vegas. No slot machines, loud bells and whistles, or smokey lobbies, but a block away from that. I would stay here again for work, but may not be the best for a bachelor/bachelorette party or the like. Family friendly.

Staff was great, location was close to the action yet quiet. The rooms were clean but with signs of age. The breakfast buffet was extensive and well put together. Impressive actually. Will return there again next time out.

Checked in last night and have had two exceptional exchanges at the front desk. First impressions are crucial and we were impressed. Happy employees with good personality like we encountered should be the industry standard.

Breakfast was great each day, and the view from the rooftop was great. The bathroom layout with a toilet and sink in one room and shower and sink in another was odd, especially because there was a lot of wasted space there. Most frustrating was the lack of light. The room and the bathrooms were oddly dark. The in-mirror lights were unusual, but did not put out much light.

We booked this hotel due to it's convenience to the convention center since it is within an easy walking distance. The staff at this hotel is amazing. We interacted with Kat at the front desk, Maria in Housekeeping, Peter in Engineering and Manuel at the restaurant. Each of them was really professional and made our 5 night stay at the hotel amazing. The breakfast buffet was really fresh and delicious every day. The restaurant food and service were excellent. I would definitely come back to his hotel again in the future when I am back in Vegas. I would also recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Springhill is certainly an establishment that reeks of classy! Even though it b provides all the modern amenities, has a concierge on staff, is large and spacious, it still provides that "old world" class one expected from a 'high class' establishment. The lower floor (I did not stay as an overnight) was wrapped in beautiful warm wood, the staff were all very polite, personable and very helpful. Beautiful establishment! Also, the location is ideal a block off the strip especially if you need to get to or from the airport. If your headed to the convention center - this is the best!

Rooms are clean, awkwardly setup, but nice nonetheless. The staff is nice, I lost my charger in the room and they held it for me until I drove 2 hours back to get it. It was in a plastic baggy, neatly coiled with my name on it. I love the breakfast; even though it is limited in variety, they take a healthy approach to start your morning.

Our room was great, two queen beds and the sofa sleeper, small refrigerator, microwave, desk and chair. The bathroom was wonderful-large, clean and the housekeeping staff were very quick to fill our request for more towels. The room was spacious and we had an adjoining room with our family. The hotel was clean. Breakfast was excellent! It's close to the..
