I was stranded in Naples because I had two tires that went bad the night before, and only the one donut spare. I was able limp into their parking lot with the donut and the tire that was badly deformed but still held air. I had to wait for them to open, and their first worker to arrive seemed maybe just a little terse, not rude or anything, just maybe a little quick to assume that they probably wouldn't have my tire size because my van was a 1990 Mazda MPV with 15" rims. But their mechanic (I think his name was Allen) that did my work for me, he was super nice and super helpful. They didn't have the exact same tire size, but they did have some that would fit my rims, but would be a little bit taller. He took the time to look up the difference in these tire sizes, and explained to me the option of putting those two new tires on the back because they were slightly taller, and moving my other older tire that was still good to the front. I decided to go with that option, so I waited while he did the work. I was kind of surprised at how fast he got it done, and then he even put the donut back into its spare tire holder for me. Everybody there seemed really nice and easy to do business with, even the first guy wasn't too bad either, just maybe not quite as super helpful as the others. They quoted me a price before they did the work, and that's what it was when they were done, and I thought the price was very good. There may be someone out there who could possibly beat their price by a few bucks, but with so many other tire places being rude and hard to deal with or trying to sell you products or services that you don't need, I just didn't want to deal with anything like that. I read the reviews on several nearby tire places, and decided to risk limping along for a few more miles on my deformed tire to get to this place instead of the one that was much closer but had quite a few negative reviews. Regal Tire had really good reviews, so I took a gamble on trusting my deformed tire for a few more miles and went to them. I feel like all the good reviews must have been valid, because I must say that I was very impressed with their friendliness and helpfulness.

Just ordered a couple of tires to replace Michelin's that were chewed up. My work vehicle chews through anything regardless of quality, wear rating and proper rotation and fill level. Alan explained the dynamics of load and driving characteristics on alignment, basically confirming that it wasn't worth putting expensive tires back on as even with a perfect alignment and zero contributing mechanical defect I would still chew through the next set in about the same time. No pushy up-selling, honest and up-front pricing and most importantly, a promise to get me in and out in about 20-30 minutes. Bye-bye Costco and all the other tire places, this is the place to go.

Excellent experience with Regal! I am in town for work & was having serious car issues. They went out of their way to help me! I was told it was most likely my starter, and it turned out to be my battery! I appreciated their honesty - they could've easily replaced the starter (much more expensive) and made me replace the battery. Their service was exceptional, their pricing was wonderful, and their integrity was priceless.
My only regret is that I don't live closer, because they would be my all-the-time-mechanic, instead of just my Naples mechanic! :)response / report this review
