They were OK over all. They changed my appointment from 11 to 1 the day of the appointment to 9 to 11. Doesn't sound like much but work wasn't too happy to hear the change last minute.
Steve and his team came and they were polite. I gave him my keys and let him do his thing. Once they were done I paid them and they were quickly on their way.
Overall the headliner looks great. I found a few plastic tabs under the seats. I'm sure they belong in the car somewhere. They left a mess behind which isn't the end of the world but it would nice if they bring a mobile vacuum to try to clean up behind themselves. My biggest dissatisfaction is my rear center console. They broke the trim and the sliding cover. They did not bother to even tell me.
Overall. The headliner looks fine. I probably wouldn't recommend their services. I am going to spend about what I paid them to replace my center console.
Update 2 months after installation. The rear cupholder they broke ended up costing me 300$. I made several attempts to call Steve back for reimbursement. He ignores my call. The glue that he claimed would dry up and be unnoticeable is actually very noticable. I downgraded this record from 3 stars to 1 star. I will be redoing my headliner with a pro next time. Check your reviews guys. Don't give in to cheapwork.response / report this review -

Excellent service on my 2007 Honda Civic. The headliner looks like new. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing their headliner replaced.

They did a really great job on my Beetle Turbo S it looks phenomenal. I've been working on your eyes for a long time and they know exactly what they are doing I was very impressed. I will be using them again.

Steve replaced the headliner in my Jetta about 4 years ago and it's still up there.no sag! They were very fast and very professional. The fact that their mobile made it super convenient for me. I recommend them to everyone.
