  Just an FYI, I was bitten by a bedbug yesterday. Took my daughter to see Wonder and notice my neck was feeling funny. I went to the bathroom and saw hives on my neck. Took my hoodie off and turned it inside out and I saw a bedbug. Put it in some tissue and showed management. Not bashing the theater just want people to be careful. Please check your clothing and children clothing before going home. Im allergic to the bedbug venom, thats why I notice the funny feeling. If you are not allergic, you will never know you been bitten. Just an FYI

  My boyfriend left his phone in the theatre tonight and we called the minute we realized (10 minutes later) and was told they "looked" and couldn't find it. Little do they know I have tracked his phone to the exact location they're claiming it isn't. We continued to ride up there AGAIN and try to catch a worker coming outside to let us come and get it and were told "we aren't allowed to let anyone in the building with only one worker" so we continued to say we could call it and you just go in and look and then there was a brand new excuse as to why she couldn't help. I suggest it get found in the morning #lawsuit don't lose anything here lmao

  Pretty clean, and comfortable seating.
  
  The only thing, they need to fix some of their seats. They're noisy, and it makes listening to quiet scenes with dialog difficult if you have a neighboring viewer who can't sit still.

  Plenty of parking, usually quick courteous concessions, good snacks ,clean theatre and comfy seats. Always enjoy Sandhill cinemas 16. Gave a 4 rating cause I wish they'd have two ticket booth workers instead of having to form long lines to buy your ticket outside. Other than that always a good experience here

  Very comfortable reclining seats with adjustable armrests that can be lifted up and tucked away if needed. Regal crown club has an app that makes it easy to purchase tickets and accumulate points. I recommend downloading and buying tickets to avoid long lines.

  So on a Saturday morning, they had one register open in the box office. Despite having two booths, each equipped with four registers. We waited in line for probably 15-20 minutes in the muggy heat of South Carolina just to get in to see a film on their "IMAX" screen. We couldn't do online tickets because we were given paper copies of ticket coupons otherwise I would have skipped it.
  
  I don't know whose idea it was to charge an additional $9.00 for this "IMAX Experience" but it's egregious. Sure, it looks and sounds great, but is it really worth $18+ for a matinee ticket? NO. We were just lucky we had free tickets that only meant we had to pay the "surcharge"
  
  At least the popcorn was hot, the soda was cold, and the movie was good.
  
  Recommended for those who already buy their tickets online and have never been to an actual IMAX theater in their lives.

  Great theater if seeing a movie in IMAX or RPX. Otherwise, the theater is a bit dirty, especially the seats. Standard seating is often dirty with dingy armrests, and cleaning between films is often insufficient-to-nonexistent. Also, if you are seeing a less popular movie, the theater has one or two really small screens, which, in my opinion, don't really provide the experience I expect for the price of a movie ticket. If the theater could upgrade the dirty seating, this would be the best place in Columbia to see a movie, without exception. Finally, if you see a late night movie and you happen to see the film with rude or disrespectful patrons, it is important that you complain to the management, as they will likely compensate you for you lack of enjoyment at the theater. Unfortunately, this sort of thing happens somewhat frequently during the later showings.

  Love movies and the IMAX and RPG movies are usually good. But this one was ugly. The seats were tiny and it looked like someone threw a soda at the screen and they are to lazy to clean it. It literally took 40 minutes to get refreshments so we were late to the movie. Not worth it. So we went again.. they really need to do better Took 30 mins to get popcorn. Missed 10 mins of movie.

  Service was good. They were throwing popcorn out when i came in and did not appear to be making anymore at 945. The theatre concession area was slightly messy and the theatre had not been cleaned.

  Inside was clean. I noticed games for children in the lobby and an enclosed party room. The RPX theater seats were comfortable but would have been better if they reclined a little. I took away 2 stars because of poor service. There were 4 people on line at 4:45pm on Friday but I waited 15 minutes to buy tickets. The wait was longer at the consession (more than 20 min)with 2 cashiers and about 5 customers.

  It's clean and up to date. They also have a online purchase for the concession stand so you don't have to miss any part of the movie because of waiting in line for snacks. Pretty nice in my opinion
