This place is disgusting, I agree with the other comments. Bugs, nasty fridge looks like it's never been cleaned, sticky floors, hot water issues. Also the walls are paper thin, I hear cars and traffic all throughout the night . I Also hear the people next door to me. So I tried turning the AC on to block the noise and that only stays on for 5 minutes at a time. Don't let the" free breakfast" anchor you in, all it consist of is granola bars, instant oatmeal and coffee. Staff was ok though.

One of the worse hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. A plethora of issues going on. Property is infested with bed bugs and roaches. The front door had to be literally slammed to be shut. Every time I left my room I was paranoid that the door may have popped open. Housekeeping was non-existent and I stayed three nights. I have a 4 year old and there were no kid channels - zero (PBS doesn’t count) and half the channels they did have were glitchy. Water leaked from under fridge and bathtub. Overall, everything felt gross and ready to fall apart. I never review hotels but I had to with this one. It’s sad knowing none of these issues will probably be improved most likely because of the hotel’s gloriously close location to Fort Jackson. Unaware visiting families will always fall for the price and location like I did.

First room had fleas so they switched my room. Second room had a toilet that constantly ran and the air didn't work. The manager, however, was very nice and comped me for one night and sent a repair man to the second room. Unfortunately, I would never stay there again, or at any Extended Stay.

Prices are high Get in the room and there is no tissue. Cups we're in the bathroom with no plastic on them. Water does not get hot Call down to let them know it wasn't any tissue and the guy said you gotta come get it I will never use this place again and at checkout in the am I will be getting my money back for the next day and stay somewhere else!

Stayed here a decade ago when moving to Columbia and had a good impression. Live in Atlanta now and this place has gone to the dumps. Here to visit friends, stayed one night. Room had dog smell (and we have a dog), carpet stains, toilet that flushes when it wants to, shower apparatus that pulls four inches from the wall, no fire alarm (surely a violation) with paper towels plugging the ceiling hole. Top it off, we came in about 6:30 pm and my wife had to wait for 10 minutes before a groggy, uninterested employee attended to us. Same thing in the morning. If you need a budget night to hang your head, this place will do but do not expect much beyond that.

Great room for the price, but remember you get what you pay for. There are a lot of stores including Walmart are in walking distance. McDonald's, Rugged Warehouse and so many other clothing and food establishments all close by. This is not a fancy hotel, this is for budget or convenient accommodation

If I could give a negative star review, I would. My husband and I were traveling through and needed a place to spend the night. No problem making a reservation but the actual hotel The young guy that checked us in was wasn't bad but EVERYTHING else was horrible. Start off, the office is a literal mess. Couldn't even get a receipt of some sort because the printer was out of toner. The elevator sounded like it was going to fall down the shaft. Our room The floor was sticky and filthy, only half the lamps worked, the outlets were sketchy, fridge was disgusting and leaked water on the floor, there was a huge gaping hole at the bottom of the door, the door didn't even close properly (no wonder why other guest have experienced roaches), the AC unit sounded like a dying elephant and all the lights in the hallways had huge spider webs with fat spiders hanging there (I get it, it's outside but with the holes in the doors) My husband didn't see the spider webs and unfortunately walked right into them because they were basically head level. This was a really overall disgusting extended stay. We will NEVER use this extended stay again and we are also contacting corporate about this.

To start, we arrived just after 11PM to check in, which meant we had to stand outside and call an operator to let us in as they lock the office at 11. The operator took over 5 minutes to answer, yet there was just a girl in there sitting at the desk. After she opened the door, she proceeded to tell us she had to go to the bathroom and would be back to check us in, so we waited another 5 minutes. Once we finally got to our room, we walked in and it was 80+ degrees (it was July) in there. We went to turn on the AC and the knob was broken, it did not work. Tried calling the front desk so we didn't have to walk all the way back in the rain, but after holding for over 10 minutes, realized they weren't going to answer the phone. So we walked back and got another room, which was on the opposite end of the motel. When we got to that room, it hadn't even been made up from the lasts guests.. the sheets were balled up in the floor. So we had to go through the whole process again to get a third room. The only compliment is the lady helping us was at least polite.
The overall cleanliness of the hotel was a 0/10. The elevator was absolutely disgusting. Scetchy people just hung out on the balconies, and there were bags of trash everywhere.
I would not recommend this hotel for anyone, even for a cheap one night stay.response / report this review -

I arrived at the hotel and was given a room that did not have functioning AC unit. I informed mgmt and they moved us to a different room. A few hours later we realized that the AC in the next room was broken as well. At 4am in the morning we were moved to a 3rd room which actually had a working unit. This will be my last time staying at this hotel chain.

Place was hard to find from street.It is tucked behind a Sam's club. Check in was fast. Room was ok for an extended stay. it has that strange smell. Bed was ok. 3 pillows. The TV is on a short dresser. It is a busy place.Breakfast is what all extended stays have muffins and coffee.They need a sign near the street.

We arrived at 11:30 pm, didn't get in our room until 2:30 am. Supposedly the reservation wasn't in the system. We called the day before and reserved 2 rooms, already paid for. Well were also told that we could stay until Sunday because we didn't get our room until 2:30 am on Saturday. Even had it on the paperwork. We got up next day to go eat and they kicked us out of our rooms while we were gone. When we confronted the lady at the desk, she was super rude. The carpet was sticky, it made my feet dirty. There were roaches in the kitchenette area. Smelt like dog pee. The air conditioner was filthy and now I'm sick. Take your money elsewhere, believe me, it's not worth staying here.
