My room did not match what I saw online and I was highly dissatisfied. The staff tried was very helpful though.

Stayed one night in town for a concert. The room was clean but dated; air conditioner was subpar. On a positive note the service was very good and the breakfast was plentiful and decent. The service for the breakfast bar area was also very good with an attendant that was very helpful and attentive. Everything was very clean in the food serving area.

Nice rooms, friendly staff, okay breakfast. Right next door to a delicious Asian buffet. The price was right for the area. Definitely would stay there again.

We were in Columbia, South Carolina to witness the eclipse. The front desk staff member gave us a "local's" insight for the ideal place to view the event, along with easy to use directions. Upon checking in later we received a welcome bag playing on the eclipse theme. Wonderful, thoughtful token for guests. Everything about the room and the morning breakfast was well above expectations. I will be booking here again.

Without gps, directions, and the signage the hotel is not easy to locate. This is made a bit more challenging by the close proximity of another hotel right next to it. Once inside, the hotel was clean and I had no trouble meeting up with a friend staying at the hotel.

Great service at check-in. Room clean and quiet. Variety of offerings for breakfast. Great and convenient location (right beside mall and restaurants in walking distance).

Top notch place for business meetings. The staff there, Jason, Jobi, Sean, and Kim are amazing. Never any problems with this venue! Highly recommended!

Easy access. Decent food. Professional and cordial staff. Shopping mall , restaurants , Walmart and Sam's Club all in walking distance. The area is quiet and somewhat scenic in a naturistic way.

Very nice place to stay. Staff is great. Large bathroom counter and super spray shower head. Plenty of electrical outlets and a large desk area. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice TV, but doesn't appear to have the CW channel. Breakfast was fine. Overall good stay.
