This mall appeared abandoned and in need a major rebuilding and remodeling. Good location but mall not so good.

Movie theater is great, Barnes and Noble is extremely convenient and Belk always has good sales on quality items. Good location but lacking in retailers.

Once beautiful mall in desperate need of upkeep. Very few stores open but the ones there - Belk, LensCrafters, a barber shop - are decent.

I think it's a stretch calling this place a mall. Back it the day, however, it was THE mall. At least they have a Barnes and Noble.

Richland Fashion Mall is more commonly known as the dead Mall. There are only 4 shop open in the whole Mall. One half of the mall is closed. The public bathrooms were closed down in January of 2017. When this mall first opened it was an open-air Mall. Some point in time it became a closed in mall and now it is a very old and deserted Mall. Very very few businesses are able to survive in this mall at all!

Held together by 3 large stores, including Belks & Dillards & Macy's. Barnes & Noble with cafe. Good parking in parking garage, with additional outside parking. Smaller stores inside not usually busy. Easy access from 2 Main streets, easy visibility. Close to High income neighborhoods.

This place has gone way down hill! This mall need to clear out the trash that is the large chains here and become a Buy Local Only community mall. Everything you can buy here is offered on the internet in the comfort of your own safe home. It is actually dangerous to venture out there. Between the shooting that took place at the bookstore and the constant locking up of customers in the trashy department store there is nothing good about this mall besides rooftop rhythms and the movie theatre.

Could be an amazing mall. Great parking but lacks stores. Believe needs good management as good stores will attract people.

I love the Barnes and Nobles here, but they really need to look at adding a few destination stores to really get this goine.

I have always loved this little mall. Over the years, many stores have left. Barnes and Noble has remained, as has Belk. It has covered parking which is wonderful in hot weather. It is easily accessible from downtown Columbia. What a great little area!!

Its too empty. Like a ghost town in the making. The two stores here really are quite good, but overall there's that feeling like someone's shooting a zombie apocalypse movie
