I very much enjoyed my stay here it was very peaceful the staff were very friendly my room was amazing I love the review and how close I was to all the restaurants the bed was very comfy and relaxing everything was net and clean bathroom was clean I had no problem staying here I would recommend u to stay here

I normally love Holiday Inn Expressed but this is by far the worst experience I've had in this chain of hotels. The road noise is awful. There's traffic from roadways and the highway. The sheets should have been retired long ago, and I've never had a negative linen experience at a HI Express. Our room had a door for an adjoining rooms in the people were loud. Unfortunately the door allows too much noise in. The hotel is older and while they've done a few things to make it appear nicer, things like grout in the bathroom etc were shoddily done. Just under par for this chain.

Had to stay here for 10 days after the fire at.our home. Everyone was especially helpful, rooms were clean, and breakfast was delicious. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

When trying to decide where to stay for Fort Jackson graduation ceremony look no further! You have hit the jackpot by staying here! It is conveniently located to Gate 4 to get to Hilton Field. Breakfast is served early enough to get to graduation also. The beds and pillows were amazingly comfortable! Thank you!

There were roaches in our bathroom coming out of the sewer drain in the handicap bathroom!
When i called the front desk- she was apologetic, but nothing more then that!!
Besides that ugly experience, overall nice normal 2.5 star hotel minus the thrills of the newer hotels..response / report this review -

Great staff upon arrival! Took 4 hrs from Greenville, due to a really bad wreck on I26the Staff at the front desk was more than accommodating, providing me with fresh water and snacks! Gold Stars, Girls!! Room was more than adequate for an overnight stay! Kudos to all staff who contribute to smooth operations of this Holiday Inn!!

I enjoyed this hotel. The outside made it appear older, which made me nervous after a bad experience, but as soon as I walked into the lobby, my fears were removed. It's hot a beautiful lobby with very friendly staff. The rooms themselves were clean and comfortable. I do think it's been remodeled so it's not as sleek as one of their new hotels but I would definitely stay there again.

As soon as we walked into the hotel, it reeked of some smell. We got onto the elevator and by the time we got up to our hotel room, we realized what we smelled was marijuana. We thought the smell was coming from another floor so we tried to ignore it, but after a little we all had headaches and were feeling dizzy. Then we found out that the smell was coming from our floor so we asked for a new room on a different floor. But, when we got our things to switch rooms, we got stuck in the elevator coming down. Although, we were able to get out quickly. The hotel has now addressed the problem and we had great service switching rooms, but we would not come again.

Everything was great until they double charged me for the room and when I called to ask them to correct, I was told there was nothing they could do for 2-3 business days. Not an acceptable way to correct an error that they admitted to making. - very disappointing.
