Nice clean cinema located around a lot of stores and restaurants. Seats are comfortable. A lot of parking. Kids play area. Food counter staff were helpful.

This is by far the best theater experience in town. My family and I go as often as we can. The customer service, and nice clean venue more than make up for the slightly more expensive prices. I look forward to many more fun movie experiences at Regal Pinnacle 18, and highly recommend it.

Large multi-theater complex located in Turkey Creek shopping center. Pleasant staff with typical movie snacks. Arrive early for newer releases seats fill quickly. Comfortable stadium seats with high backs and good sound. Depending upon the movie, there are various levels of viewing-e.g., normal, 3D, IMAX, IMAX 3D, RPX and RPX 3D. RPX stands for Regal Premium Experience.

The best theater in the Knoxville area for mainstream movies. Very clean, if a bit overpriced (even by movie theater standards). Saw Dr. Strange in IMAX 3D and the seating was assigned, which was very nice since we could buy our seats beforehand and not have to get there 40 minutes early for a good seat.

Edit: We had a bad experience with Michael, a snack counter worker who was an asshole to us, rolling his eyes when we tried to use our points for a drink upgrade and just generally being unfriendly and off putting. His manager was very helpful so I won't dock any stars from my original review, but I hope this kid learns how to serve customers without being a dick about it. My wife and I have both worked retail and food service (I've even worked at a theater). The job might suck, but you learn to suck it up and do your best.

The IMAX & RPX has been good the few times I went. I have experienced some technical issues in their other rooms, but they had good customer service about it. Downtown West is my favorite location, since they get limited release films. But I will return to Pinnacle occasionally.

Paid 18 bucks each for the RPX experience booked with Fandango, excited about the reserved seating Get to the theater, it is 200 degrees in there, someone's in our reserved seats, they sell beer now at the theater so there's a drunk couple next to me who talks loudly the entire movie, there is not enough room between myself and the seat in front of me for me to even cross my legs. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a movie in my entire 41 years of life!!! I will never again pay anything extra then just a standard ticket It is way more comfortable, way more spacious, just a better overall experience. Not to mention I will never go back to the Pinnacle at Turkey Creek, or any Regal Theater for that fact Apparently they are more into seeing how many patrons they can pack in a theater and claim that it's comfortable and a nice experience!!! DISAPPOINTED 😢

It's on the pricey side of movie theaters, but if you're willing to pay, you will most certainly enjoy your experience. They have a large array of foods and you get to butter your own popcorn! The staff is very accommodating and all the theaters have wheelchair access and seating. I would recommend it for family outings, dates, or just going out with friends; of course you could always go alone.

This is our "go to" favorite theater. Very comfortable seats..cleanbig screens..friendly staff and frozen yogurt! (Bring back chocolate!!!) Lots of restaurants to choose from in Turkey Creek before show. Parking at theater can be iffy at times. Prices are a little high..but join Regal Crown Club to earn free tickets and concessions.

Went to IMAX movie and the picture and sound are excellent as you would expect. Friendly and courteous staff. Two issues though: the price is becoming prohibitive for a family at nearly $20 each for IMAX 3D tickets, and if Regal is going to continue to sell assigned seating it needs to monitor the correct seats in the theatre instead of relying upon customers to ask other customers to move from their seats.

Just left the theatre after watching the 7:20 pm RPX showing (which is much more expensive) of Wonder Woman. There was a young child in our row who was on a phone playing a loud game the entire time, yelling, and running up and down the stairs screaming and hanging off of the railing. An usher came in three times while this was happening, walked right NEXT to the family, and said NOTHING - just turned and walked back down the stairs. Multiple people who paid good money to watch the film tried to ask this family to keep the child quiet, but to no avail. When the employees of an establishment cannot be bothered to do their jobs, it shows just what kind of establishment it is. We will not return and I advise those spending more to have the RPX experience to go elsewhere. They do not care about anything other than your money.
