  Fine but could be better. people need to be little more courteous. people always have frown on their face. location is very good. temperature controller was not working. worth to stay if you are getting a good deal.

  The hotel is nice. Not as spacious as I hoped but very accomidating. Service is also great. Decent view of the beach and distance. Rooms are very clean. Third party booking sites don't entitle you to free breakfast.

  The hotel was all that we expected. It was really close to the Beach. It was nice and it catered to our every need. The front desk was very helpful. I would recommend family and friends to stay here

  Very well located, just one block from the beach. They have a very good restaurant/bar. Room confortable. I highly recommend it.

  Hotel decor is nice, but when we called to make reservations a lot of hidden fees were not mentioned to us. One problem was we were told that they were close to South Beach, not true. Secondly, housekeeper would never clean our room. We had to call everyday for towels. Once I complained to the manager Luigi, it was like he's sorry if you come back to this hotel it won't happen again. He didn't care really. So I Highly wouldn't recommend this hotel...Its a good price, but you get what you pay for.

  I will never stay at this hotel again and I will never recommend it to anyone going to Miami in the future as my bridesmaid dress, that was given to me as a present by my good friend was taken out of the room. When I asked the reception to help me locate it, they did not care and have continued to be unhelpful. On a separate incident my bag was stolen from the beach, when I asked the reception to help me report this to the police they dismissed me. I had to go to a Miami Edition hotel across the road to get help me with this incident.
  For the priced I paid for this hotel, it was completely unworthy of the experience I had. I have traveled across the world and stayed in many hotels in my life but I am very sad about the experience I had at this hotel.

  Inexpensive last minute stay due to power outage at home. Good location. Had what I needed, a bed, T.V. and A.C. Room service is a bit expensive but I expect most hotels room service to be highly overpriced. Staff was very friendly. Overall it was decent. Clean room, clean bathroom, no bugs.

  Staff was awesome. Cool bar/lounge area! 2 minutes walk to the beach! Nice comfortable stay at a very reasonable price. Recommended!

  This hotel is great for the price !! Buffet breakfast. Clean rooms. Nice views. I will be coming back to this hotel for future visits !

  Love this place! Wonderful service they were friendly and helpful. From the valet, front desk, and cleaning crew. My family and I will return. They were super pet friendly our Miles loved it as well.

  My boyfriend and I stayed at the Red for 4 nights for our two year anniversary. When we first got into the room he used the bathroom and the toilet got clogged. We went downstairs and told the lady at the front desk and they sent someone up to the room within minutes to fix it. We never had any trouble after with the toilet. The workers there are relaxed, friendly and attentive. They have fresh cold water everyday in the lobby with oranges slices in it. Nice seating in the front lobby and outdoor area. Also a chill pool spot. It's not the newest or most up to date place but they deserve 5 stars for their hospitality.

  So far so good, except AC is set on 75° and can't be adjusted. Need to add more electric sockets for phone charging, only one behind the bed. Nice room, short walk to beach, though not able to see from hotel.
  Shower has a rainfall showerhead, and no problem with having hot water, a seen in other reviews. During our visit, they added Direct TV service.
  Overall, a good place to stay.

  Bell hop guys are wonderful. Nice restaurant. Nice pool. Huge shower head. Unique decor. Short walk to beach.
