Rooms very and modern very comfortable beds breakfast very nice all in all we would stay there again.

What I appreciated! The rooms are decently sized and the location is convenient for South Beach. Wi-Fi is free and some premium channels are offered on the television. The staff was friendly.
What was disappointing. It should be noted that the floors are tile. The rooms were not as clean as one would expect. There was a thick layer of pee on the toilet seat, which was not cleaned even after a request for the room to be cleaned was made. The menu at the restaurant was underwhelming and I wouldn’t recommend eating there. The hotel is decent but doesn’t look as nice as the photos online.response / report this review -

Great hotel in good location with a lovely laid back feel. Close to the beach. Friendly staff who are really helpful especially the barman in the evening who chatted away and gave us some great recommendations.

Umbrellas are not provided at the beach, there is no fan in the bathroom or individual light switch, no elevator we had to carry our bags, however the pool and staff are very nice, room was clean but smaller than expected.

Great location for thus little boutique hotel in South Beach. Walking distance from Lincoln Rd and the beach. Good choice if you are not looking for busy noisy nights!!! Amazing staff

Beautiful hotel for groups, families & independent travelers alike. The location is almost ideal - one block from the beach, in the heart of South Beach's historic Art Deco district. It is within walking distance of many activities & things to see (restaurants, shopping, galleries), but enough of a distance from the club scene so that noise is not an issue. The rooms are clean & attractive - a lovely property - & excellent & attentive service to the guests & for booking needs. Thanks to Catarina!

Great location on a quiet street in the art deco district, within a couple of blocks of the beach and Lincoln Rd mall, this art deco hotel is a bright clean hotel with good standards of décor. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The toilet wasn't working in our first room but we were moved to another room very quickly. Good food, great location (less than 10 minute walk to beach, only a couple of minutes walk to restaurants etc), nice pool, lovely looking hotel, brilliant helpful staff - it was lovely to be given fresh apples when we arrived after a 15 hour journey! The bathrooms felt like they could be a tiny bit cleaner but I'm very fussy and my boyfriend was happy with them!

Great location, great price, and friendly service. Rooms are okay. I was here for work which was great because they have complimentary breakfast everyday which was very good. They do charge an extra $15 a day for beach towels and chair rentals which is mandatory even if you don't use it. They also don't have an iron and ironing board in the room. You have to request it which I did but never received it.
