The best part of the experience was the nice front desk workers. Very helpful. The location was easy to find and there were eating options a short drive away.

Southbound travelers on route 1 beware!!! It is not accessible from southbound lanes. You’ll need to go past the hotel and double back to the hotel, then travel north and double back to continue southbound the following day. Depending on the time of the day it could add significant travel time. Also they will charge you $1.50 for the use of the safe in the room, which is on a honor system to tell them if you used it or not. It is on the guest to tell them you didn’t use it to get your deposit back. Blue tape was left on the fire/smoke detector?? Not sure who put it there, but I believe that’s a violation of fire code. Otherwise the hotel is clean place to sleep.

The place is great and the staff is friendly. Room was clean and offered good amenities. Would be 5-stars from me if there was a continental breakfast offering.

It was alright. The hotel was pretty clean, and the room was spacious. Location was good, but the highway makes it difficult to get to the other side. Overall, it was decent and had the best price in the area. You could do better, you could do worse.

Another group of automatons practicing corporate 'policy', pronounced greed. In the dictionary integrity and compassion comes before money, but obviously a group of people without those two previous qualities will always be attracted to the latter material.

They are listed in the airport hotel zone and yet nowhere near. Misleading information to capture more money to line their corporate pockets.

I intend to continually update this review so as to be seen as often as possible. Hopefully that is worth the $90 they are unwilling to reverse.

Hi Jan Hopefully they didn't lock you up.

There's good reason that under Red Roof corporate on Google, they have 1 out of 5 stars on 60ish reviews out of 63. One reason being me copy pasting most of this critique into the corporate reviews.

nice room for the price. nice layout of the room. bathroom was small and it was weird that the sink was outside the shower area. the ac/heat unit was limited in controls. sometimes too hot on one setting sometimes too cold. a thermostat would be nice. driving to and from was difficult. it was right on a divided highway. so you had to accelerate quickly or chance getting hit. you couldn't drive 1/10 of a mile north to eat without having to drive miles out of the way just to get back to the hotel because of it being on a split highway.

This hotel used to be great. Now they cut corners wherever possible. Though I am a RediCard member, I was never offered my free water. The first room we were assigned had roofers working right above it, creating a huge racket. The room to which we were reassigned had a strong odor of plastic (the kind if plastic that smells like skunk). Though some air freshener I ran out to buy solved that problem, the bed had an old mattress that left us both with achy backs the next morning. We notified the front desk, hoping they would add some sort of mattress topper. We returned that evening exhausted from a busy day, to find that they had done absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. The morning after that, since they no longer serve breakfast, I went and bought some insanely overpriced cereal and milk from the vending machine. Naturally, I expected to then at least be able to find something to eat the $4 cereal and milk with. However, much to my disappointment, the front desk had absolutely nothing to offer. The next time we come to Boston, we will be staying at the hotel across the street, instead.

It was very clean. Friendly front desk. They did "loose" my reservation but were quick to fix it. Check reservations with a phone call for confirmation especially if booking online.

The room was clean and affordable. I've had less than decent experiences with Red Roof Inns in the past but this location was great. There are quite a few restaurants and shopping centers within walking distance or just a short drive away. I would stay at this hotel again.

Convenient location, comfortable rooms, friendly staff Rooms were pretty clean and well maintained, more than my expectations. There is a coffee machine and a couple of vending machines for snacks & soda but that was about it in terms of food options. There was no breakfast (at least we weren't told about any breakfast options while checking in). Internet was decent, not as fast as I would have liked it to be but it's free and it gets most of your work done. There's free parking. Overall, it was a pretty comfortable one night stay.
