Descent rooms for the price. Some cosmetic issues around the hotel with peeling paint on the ceiling and walls. The internal rooms (looking out over the pool) smell like chlorine when you first walk in, but the smell goes away after a few minutes.
The breakfast bar was full and the staff was helpful and polite.
The front desk staff was helpful with local venues and directions.
There are no USB power outlets in the room, but plenty of electric sockets around the room and near the bed.
Overall, it was a good value and a nice stay.
    Thank you HIE.

Recently updated it looks lime it is trying to be just like a higher end business hotelthink Hyatt Regency or Hilton. But it just doesnt quite get there. The courtyard area reduced the fountain and mulched areas to nothing, placed bar in a location that confines the cocktail hour of a reception. The execution of the event planning was lackluster, frustrating, and disappointing through the whole process and event day. I remember the whole experience being better 6 years ago. Plumbing was weak. Rooms were clean.

We just spent the weekend in Mansfield for a business conference and stayed here. The staff was really nice and helpful. The heat ended up not working the second day and they gave us an upgraded room along with free breakfast and dinner at their very delicious restaurant Park 116. The receptionist was very helpful and the maintenance employee Jason responded quickly and helped make our stay great. We enjoyed the town and the hotel a lot!

Check-in Clerk kinda rude, but quick. Arrival at room Clean at a glance, overall it was dirty and lacked attention to detail. Breakfast Host was rude! Chose to seat my wife and I off to the side rather than ask us to wait while she had the tables cleaned. When I inquired about these tables she exclaimed, "Their dirty!". So clean them! I'll wait. She seems so nonplussed I spoke up about it. I'm not sure she understood when one sees 10 unclean tables and gets the seating off to the side they don't feels welcome. Check out Quick. They tried to reconcile what happens at breakfast, it was appreciated, but too late. Although, the woman and the server were the most warm of the bunch, it was too late.

Karen Appleby made our weekend stay at conclave wonderful. She always had a smile on her face when she was serving the banquets. If we needed something else (which we always seemed to), with a smile she found a way to procure what we needed from extra tables to people who vacuum rooms. She is efficient, kind and thoughtful. She helped make our stay successful with our fundraising in the basket room, pleasant at the banquets, and did not make us feel like we were imposing when we needed things outside her venue. She should be your star employee of the month.

Booked this hotel thru Traveling Teams agency that books for youth sports. This hotel was 40 minutes from our arenas and in another state, way out of our way. As we drove to the hotel to check in we passed so many hotels much closer to our events. This was not a choice of ours to stay here and definitely not at $168 a night plus tax. We thought this was way over priced for the money and for the fact that we only needed a room for 7 hours. We forced the Traveling Teams to have the hotel arrange breakfast for us at 6:30 instead of their 7AM because we needed to be in the car for our event on Sunday by 7AM. This was arranged for our team and we appreciated it a lot. The food was good and hot. The kids liked it. Though the hotel was under renovation and some of the halls smelled like smoke, our room was renovated and clean. Of the $168 we paid for the night, $19 of it went to the commission of Traveling Teams, which is a complete rip off. My advice to this hotel is not to get involved in Traveling Teams. They are a scam company and it makes your hotel look bad.

Overall a pleasant stay. Rooms were current and comfortable. The staff was polite. There was some construction going on which ditracted a little from the stay but I am not sure there is much they could do. Breakfast was ok. I had vouchers for breakfast. If I had to pay the 12 dollars they charge for it I would have been disappointed.

very nice upscale place for a holiday inn with great atmosphere and customer service. However at the current time they are renovating the lobby area so ongoing construction doesnt allow the facility to operate at peak capacity and interferes with restaurant and breakfast areas. These areas do still operate and construction is expected to last another 6 to 8 weeks

The rooms are very nice and comfortable, the public areas unfortunately are under construction at present (hence the low score, you cannot judge anything that is not there) the bar area looks complete, however, beer is served in bottle only out of an ice trough. The lack of facilities in public areas was not reflected in the rate paid.

I would stay here again. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel looks like it had an open center area that is now roofed and renovation is still in progress. The room I stayed in was recently updated. The pool, hot tub and a patio area are all enclosed in the indoor area.

This was the place I would come back to stay when we had a family event going on as I grew up in this area and felt it was the best place being pretty much in the middle of where I needed to be.
The last time I was here was 2 + yrs ago and construction was taking place. The same construction same location is still taking place. Something about permits I heard. SMH
The web site has not been update with this information.

The hours that are posted for the cafe, bar area and restaurant are set so oddly it doesn't work and those lodging are forced elsewhere if your timing is outside of that range.

The hot tub? A service call was placed supposedly and to be fixed this week. Come on now, this is the stuff that should be always be taking care of especially with being "Full Up".
Just because its a holiday weekend and other are events held in the area, should not warrant a price hike.

We stayed here because it was close to the Xfinity center, and we're happy to find that there was a shuttle we could take. The room was really nice, really clean. The workers we kind and helpful. Not much to complain about here.

Brilliant room, they are renovating so Larsen their dust. Indoor pool, pub being redone. Nice and helpful staff. Comfy bed, clean rooms. Awesome.

The room i was staying was very comfortable. Even tho the hotel is under renovation for certain section, continental breakfast was still provided. You can order a single hot item in place of the continental breakfast. The staff were really friendly. There was a issue with my hotel billing and the duty manager was very quick to help settle the issue. She got back to me after clarifying the problem. The only thing i was unhappy with was the laundry. The washer & dryer uses quarters and you need to change so many quarters. At another hotel, they have converted that to a credit card input to activate the machines. It was also cheaper to use those machines in the other hotel.
