The hotel staff were very helpful and professional. My partner and I watched the front desk staff deal with an irate customer and they remained calm and composed and tried their best to accommodate her. We would definitely stay here again

The rooms are nice. It’s a clean place. Complimentary bottled water, breakfast (average breakfast)and other things, every so often. Cleaning crew very nice, receptionist can work on their hosting skills though, seafood restaurant next door, best place to eat. I would return.

Stayed in a king room that was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. Decor was nice but nothing extraordinary. The complimentary breakfast buffet was tasty and had a good variety.

The hotel staff was very kind. The hotel is kind of isolated but the shuttle bus will take you to the closest train station. I would recommend it if you have the time and inclination to travel 45 -60 minutes to the center of Boston if you have to be there. The hotel manager Brian is very kind and helpful .

I stayed here for a couple nights on a business trip and enjoyed my overall stay. My only complaint was the hot tub. It's was overly saturated with chlorine that the smell made it hard to enjoy the tub, the water was greener than usual, rust up and down on the handles to the point where the water was brown around the handles and the water irritated my skin to a point where it burned my skin when getting back into the pool. It definitely needs some renovation as well. There's cracked spots on the steps that can easily cut you if walked on improperly. Other than the spa everything else was great. Love their spread on the free breakfast every morning and they have almost all accommodations for your personal hygiene needs. Just make sure to bring your own q-tips seeing as how that was the only thing they didn't have. Overall a great place to stay!

Good location, though it is a bit noisy at times. Good rooms, well sized, with good facilities. Very clean and tidy, though some of the furnishings are dated or wearing. The staff are very kind and helpful. The breakfasts are above average.

Older Hyatt that has been updated. Some parts of the room and the doors to each room you could tell were older. Old rickety elevator and while we were there for 3 nights, one of the two elevators they had, wasn't working. Rooms were decent. Bathrooms were newish, but also had a countertop with a large crack in it. Mini fridgeno microwave. Full size hairdryer was appreciated. Generic shampoo/conditioner and no body lotion given. Bed was kind of hard and made noises. First night, no one came to clean the rooms or replenish towels. Had to call down and ask for some and was given no acknowledgement or apology for missing our room. They were actually kind of abrupt and rude but sent towels up right away.
    Breakfast was good though.

Spacious rooms. Pseudo-model look. Reasonably comfortable bed. Very nice price for it's location in Boston. Not sure why housekeeping came at 8am. Seems a bit early.

Great location . Mall across. 2 good restaurants next to the hotel, Legal seafood with excellent ambience and TGIF. Ben and Jerry ice cream for dessert. All just a few steps away from hotel. Better stay and deal then the Hampton Inn.

Big room. Comfortable bed. Noisy in the lobby but Tom was very quiet. Quality furnishings. Price not bad got the area. Breakfast was good. Standard eggs, sausage, French toast but better quality ingredients that show.

People pick hotels for the pool. My family could have saved quite a bit of money staying somewhere else but we saw that this dump had a pool and thought that would be a nice treat for the kids. Nope. The pool is either closed or open at odd hours. We came here for a funeral, all we wanted to do was swim. First day, it opened at 8am and closed at 1pm, we got here at 4. Second day, closed completely. Third day, opens at 5pm for whatever kind of psychopath swims after dinner, we're leaving before it even opens. The coffee pots in the lobby are NEVER full. If you want a 4 day old $10 salad, this is the place for you though. The room would be nice if they cleaned the cum off the carpet and hadn't put us right near where guests pull in at all hours with high beams on. Oh, and the breakfast is trash. Don't come here expecting a good time.

My mother a Hyatt employee booked my room for my children and I because it was there prom. We were fully aware of the rules because she has worked there for over 10 years. I checked in and received two keys. I left to pick up my fiance so I dropped the keys to my kids and told them got to the room I'll be back. about 1 hour later my son called telling me that the people at the front desk came to the room told them they could not be there and had 10 minutes to be downstairs unless she was calling security. He called me upset so I made my way back and encountered the most rude, racist overnight supervisor who stated that the policy was that in order to check in you needed to be 21 but this made no sense to me since I had already checked in and he has keys. Not just my son but a group of African American young people were experiencing this because it was there prom night and she did not want to serve them . We called the police and explained, they agreed with us while this supervisor continued to make derogatory comments stating she couldn't be racist because she had a black fiance and black babies. Meanwhile some other young people who weren't of color came in dressed in Prom attire and were not questioned about there age. We requested a refund and went to the Boston location which accommodated us with no problem. Lack of professionalism, Racism from this supervisor and her co-worker Denise. #NeverAgain Will be filing a formal complaint because her whole defense was that she wasn't there when I checked in well I'm pretty sure that every staff member that starts a shift after someone checks in has that problem and it doesn't make them act in this manner.

Clean and large guest rooms. Conveniently located next to a number of excellent restaurants, and across the street from South Shore Plaza shopping mall. Front desk was friendly and efficient, and the complimentary breakfast had a decent selection of items

Hotel was located In a small plaza with a few places to eat and drink. It is also located within walking distance of the Braintree mall. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean and taken care off. The bathroom is a bit of a tight space. There is not much room to walk in and close the door behind you. The toilet itself was also slowly flushing. During our stay it was raining and there was a small annoying drip hitting the flashing on the exterior window sill, it was out of the hotels immediate control though. We didn't use much of the hotels amenities but it had everything you would expect from a 3 star hotel. The hotel was quiet even with a full parking lot. Housekeeping staff was wonderful. I would recommend it to anyone.
