We had a great time at The Intercontinental. Upgrading to the club is a great deal. We had a nice view and it's a good location for downtown Boston highlights.
Very well decorated and welcoming. I went inside for a dinner with colleagues. We ate in a French restaurant (miel brasserie): very good food, atmosphere and location
Overall great experience. The location is really good. It's especially for young families, as Boston children's museum is walking distance. The swimming pool was also very nice and warm. The room that we were given had great views of the city. The staff were accommodating and friendly.

Was here for a professional event. Did not get to see any of the guest rooms or anything. Ballrooms were pretty average and standard for a high end hotel. Food was fantastic - they had a prime rib w horseradish sauce that was absolutely to die for. I have to assume with catering this good that the food in general here is delicious. Beautiful area right by the water, although not a lot of shopping there are good restaurants, close to the T, and the aquarium is right there too.
Wonderful experience - as always! Fantastic staff, Wendy at the front desk made this trip extra special by sending treats up to the room for our daughters birthday! The concierge sent us to a wonderful restaurant for dinner- the views and location are wonderful.
The intercontinental in Boston is exactly what you'd expect from a hotel of this quality. My flight arrived early; the check-in staff were very friendly and helpful, and were happy to find me another room or to hold my bags whilst I had a drink waiting for my room.
I took the earlier room and was not disappointed; the room was large and had a huge inward facing window. The bathroom was well stocked, very cozy with a lovely bath tub. The bed was large and comfortable with pillows that gave support throughout the night.
I had a brilliant dinner provided by the room service team. The food was exceptional quality and tasted delicious. There was also the option to reserve a table at the on site restaurants.
I slept really well and spent a few hours in the hotel bar before continuing on my travel; the bartender was friendly and made some amazing drinks. Overall I highly recommend the Intercontinental in Boston. I couldn't fault them on anything.
This was a great place to stay for the night. Very cordial & friendly staff. Delicious food in the restaurants (there are 2). Fantastic location in the city on the waterfront. Very pleased.

Went to the waterfront bar for drinks and apps after work. Space is beautiful with lots of tables and a great view of the channel. Drinks are about $1-$2 more expensive than most other bars in the area, but you're paying for the view. It gets crowded on nice days in the evening so arrive early if you want to snag a tabletop. They have a small but good selection of food. Highly recommend the pizza.
Customer service is amazing here. The people who work the front desk are consummate professionals, even when guests are demanding. Inilta gets a special mention. We had a rough travel day and she went above and beyond to get us into a room. Thank you.
My first impression of this hotel was wow. I've stayed in several of the Intercontinental Hotels and this one is by far my favorite. The hotel staff is the best of any brand that I've had the pleasure of staying with.
The rooms, restaurants and views are amazing. I stayed in a corner Intercontinental Superior Suite overlooking the harbor below. With a full wall of windows I was completely spoiled. The restaurants on premise are top notch and again the staff goes above and beyond any call of duty to pamper its guests.
Came here for lunch with someone who was staying-- great food and wonderful service. The dining room is nice and bright (we ate at the French restaurant at the back of the lobby-- I think there are a few places in here). I enjoyed our meal and we were not rushed at all. I would return again if someone were staying here to visit again.

The hotel staff was friendly, courteous and really, just delightful. Our room was immaculate. Turn down service was spot on. The concierge (Adam) was very helpful and knowledgeable about restaurants in the area. This hotel made our trip a wonderful experience. I would definitely go back.
