If there is one con. No microwave in each room. Other than that. The place is clean quiet. Your next to everything from shopping to good eats and adult beverages. I was here for a week. Complimentary breakfast is also pretty good.

I booked the weekend here for my boyfriend and I after an unexpected situation at home prevented us from staying at the house. It was reasonably priced compared to other hotels within the area. At 2am there's no traffic so it took me 12mins to get to the airport everyday (my boyfriend works there). People drive at different speeds so your time may vary. I don't have any complaints about the hotel other than thin walls letting in noise and beige spots on one of the towels. Also, Bessie at the front desk was very helpful when I needed to book an extra night. Thanks, Bessie.

The room I have is huge, I've got a king size bed that is ultimately comfortable. They have a workout room that actually has weights which is a plus for me. They also have a four-story parking garage to park in. The staff here is super friendly and willing to help out with anything. There's a lot of stuff that is up and down Broadway also known as Route 1.

It's so-so and for $250 per night that's not good. But it is Boston. Curtain does not completely close which means the light comes in at night. Thin walls mean the shower next door sounds like it's in your room. And this morning at 6a.m. I had to call the front desk for help because the bathroom door was locked from the inside he knew exactly what to do so I imagine this is a common call. Lack of professionals at the front desk, extra charges as "deposit" when I arrived. I'll avoid Holiday Inn from now on.

Great Customer Service with a nice facility at a great price! This past Sunday, my family and I learned we had to stay another night in the Boston area because our flight back home to Texas was cancelled due to Hurricane Harvey. Because it was very early in the morning, we booked a room for that night online via a third party website. Once I called the hotel directly, I found that the staff person, Ms. Bessie, really worked hard to accommodate us. Ms. Bessie, was very nice in coordinating and scheduling the free shuttle to the hotel for us. The Shuttle Driver who picked us up was also very nice and had a very outgoing personality which helped calm the nerves of my wife and kids since we were now without our rental car and our luggage. When we arrived at the hotel, we received a very warm welcome from Ms. Bessie and she told us she would do her best to get us into a room ASAP. She also told us to please help ourselves to the breakfast they had available. She then spoke to the a member of the housekeeping staff and they had us in a room within the hour (much earlier than regular check-in time). My kids and my wife were able to rest and relax for the entire day after a very stressful early morning thanks to the staff's service. The only negative was that there are not many options for eating within walking distance, but the front desk did tell us about a Friendly's Restaurant within about a half mile. Given our circumstances, the walk was no issue. I would highly recommend this hotel just based on their attentiveness to us as customers and Kudos to their HR department for hiring the staff members we interacted with.

GREAT STAY!!!!! Let me start off by saying my check in clerk was so NICE & INFORMATIVE!! The hotel it self is very nice & clean. They have some strawberry water or lemonade or something when you walk in Nice treat after a 7 hr drive. My room was very clean. They cleaned it everyday I believe. Complimentary breakfast was great too they have a nice variety of everything. To be honest I don't think I have anything negative to say about this place. Would definitely stay again when I come back in town!

My stay was great! The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was SO COMFY- I slept better than I do at home. We went to breakfast the next morning and that was good too. Honestly, my only complaint was that the entrance to the hotel was not visible/ hard to see at night, so we missed the turn the first time.

Very nice hotel. A little bit far from the airport, and the shuttle van is very small, but the staff is helpful and very polite. Clean rooms and nice amenities for the price. Breakfast was decentand they had lots of sweet treats. I would stay here again.

The hotel was somewhat cleaner than average. The staff didn't know the area or speak English very well but all of them were friendly. The breakfast was clean and there were some options but nothing was very interesting or good. The only real issue with the hotel, though, is the name. Although there is a shuttle, it is a fair ways from the airport. The location is also inconvenient for walking; if you stay here and don't plan to return straight to the airport, expect to drive for a long time to get to anything of interest.

Very clean, nice hotel! it was less expensive, and a little farther from the airport, but they had shuttle service that was excellent! decent food options within walking distance.

We went to check out the meeting room they had to offer. The woman helping us was super friendly and pleasant. She showed us the room and we discussed fitting more people in it and she didn't hesitate on the additional accommodations. She's had everything from Spider-Man birthday parties to business meetings as well. We rented the room and will be coming back in the future and definitely recommend it to anyone.

The shuttle service had to be the best part of the trip. Skye was awesome! Super funny and kind. The rooms were spotless. No complaints anywhere else!
