We stayed at the Indigo Hotel due to its proximity to Boston College. It was a convenient location. The rooms were clean. The breakfast buffet was $10 per room, so $3.33 per head in our roomthat's a good deal. It wasn't fancy, but it was exactly what we needed.

I would have preferred a boring chain hotel but this was fine for a holiday weekend stay in the winter. The bed was comfortable, shower hot with good water pressure, and climate control fine. Room was smallish and bathroom very small with tiny shelves, no counter, and the light switch on the outside of the bathroom (good luck not flashing bright light in your sleeping partner's face in the middle of the night). Service was fine, parking free, decor cute. Not great for families or if you expect to spend a lot of time in the room but maybe nice for a change of pace or a single guest.

Great hotel for a night in the city. It is within walking distance to the Green Line, actually it is the last stop. The parking is free for guests. The hotel has a contemporary design. Staff were friendly. It was clean. The elevators can get a little cramped at checkout time. The bed and pillows were soft and comfortable.

This place is a great stay.. Bed was very comfortable, room was very clean and didn't have any funky odor.. The bathroom in the regular guest room was on the small side, but it was very nice.. With what little room they the bathroom they used it very well and new what was important (the shower) large walk in shower which was all glass.. Great water pressure.. The staff was very friendly.. Covered and uncovered parking. Keurig coffee in room. I will definitely stay here again and I highly recommend!!!

The location seems a bit odd for this type of hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised. Sufficient parking, modern decor and excellent service. Ate dinner at the bar with an old colleague and enjoyed our meals. Would definitely eat here again.

This was a super swanky hotel. Great price and located a short walk from the trolley line. Staff was very friendly and restaurant was not bad. Soft beds and loved the shower with optional stationary and hand held. Great water pressure which with thick hair was awesome! The walk at night from trolley stop is not well lit the last stretch but felt safe in the area.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, lovely food. The rooms were big and spacious.
Great location for Needham where we were heading.
Only let down was the gym, it was on the small size and the machinery was quite old looking. But that didn't ruin my stay so I've not marked it down.

When I first checked in, I was greeted and was helped quickly. Since I had already paid for my room up front, they needed my card for incidentals. They did not tell me they were going to charge me 100 bucks. I had to call down and ask them a couple of times before they finally broke down and told me that they will refund me after a few days of me checking out. The room seemed nice but a little cheap. The restaurant took forever with my food and for me to even get my bill. Other than that it was nice.

I visit Boston three to four times a year for work and I always stay at Hotel Indigo. It's a very nice hotel with a great bar and pool. It's a modern hotel with hardwood floors and comfortable beds. This hotel must have a great screening process for hiring because everyone who has ever checked me in has always been very welcoming. Steve checked me in the last two times I stayed here and he is amazing. He always greets me with a smile and is so kind and friendly. I recommend everyone stay here when visiting Boston!

Nice rooms, convenient locations, great staff. If you're on a low floor, pool area can be heard. Pool can be rented out causing hotel guests to not utilize it.

We rented a party room for a Boston College graduation event. The appetizers and main meal we're absolutely amazing. The drinks were strong but delicious. The patio space is beautiful, even though it was a little chilly outside. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. Awesome place to host an event!

The room was good and the hotel has a good restaurant along with a good Manager's Reception. I would have given 4 stars if there was ANY sort of vanity in the bathroom. The lack of a vanity meant that I constantly had to go in and out of the space to get my toiletries or flat iron.

Stayed for 3 night in March. This is a great hotel: the location is very convenient, the room are tastefully furnished and clean. The gym is well equipped and very well maintained as well. The restaurant on the main floor is quite a happening place with a busy bar. I ate there twice and both time the service and food was excellent. The room prices are very competitive, best quality/price ratio. BONUS: free parking!
