While headed up north on Interstate 95, we made the decision to stop in the Savannah area of Georgia for the night. Based upon availability and the price for a one night stay, it was an easy pick to choose Best Western Plus. The kids really enjoyed the pool area and the temperature of the water versus the temperature of the pool room was good. The cleanliness of the room and the toiletries available to the family were a nice touch. The breakfast was the standard continental breakfast consisting of funky egg omelettes with odd cheese on the inside and lots of different starches to pick from. The bacon was crispy and the pancakes were a hit for the two boys.

It's very clean, up to date decor, quiet, pet friendly, good complimentary breakfast. Son referred me, after his family's stay, during relocating to the area because of military assignment. Their dog is huge & mine is tiny, yet all sizes were welcome, while on leash. Great indoor pool with wheelchair transfer seat. Very impressed, as I'm a wheelchair user. Love the place!

We are moving to Florida from Maryland and traveling with our 2 dogs. We were worried at what kind of room we would get, heard so many horror stories about pet rooms in hotels. The room was great -you could not tell any animal had ever stayed there. Right near the side door and a great area to walk the dogs. If we ever travel back to MD with the dogs we will definitely stay here and definitely recommend it!

Very clean, pool and hot tub clean, enjoyed fitness equipment. Room clean and well stocked . Liked the laptop table. Breakfast good. Much better than some resorts I have stayed in. Priced very reasonable. Looking forward to coming back again on next trip to Richmond hill Ga.

This quaint establishment is set back away from the bustle of Hwy 17 and nestled right against a wooded area. The staff is courteous and extremely helpful. The rooms are well maintained And despite pet friendly, not a sign of animals except for the occasional dog being taken for their evening walk. Although contemporary, the inn could benefit from a makeover. To bring a little more modern feel. But overall Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, and friendly stay.

Pleasantly surprised. I decided to try this place because of all the positive reviews. I was not disappointed. Usually we stay at the Hilton Garden. This time I decided to check what other hotels were on our way to Florida and saw this. I figured I would rather put the extra $50 to $90 in my own pocket. This place is clean and smells great! If we ever pass this way again, we will stay here.

The hotel is a good location. Staff is helpful and professional. Hotel is good for the money. Cosmetically it is older and not so awesome looking but it is clean and comfortable.

We had a very rough, stressful trip. The staff welcomed us warmly and helped us in any way they could. Pet-friendly (we even saw pet birds and hamsters stay there). The room smelled fresh and clean when we walked in. There were snacks and water waiting for us. Newly laundered linens, blankets, and towels. Comfortable beds. Spotless, sanitized bathroom and sinks. Indoor pool. Full, delicious breakfast with lots of choices. Less than 5 minutes from I-95 exit 87. Absolute best hotel in the area, and very reasonable price.

Our room was fairly quiet. The bathroom was a good size. The shower's water pressure was great. There was a pool but we weren't there long enough to use it. The only real room for improvement was the breakfast. It was fairly bland, dry and needed some tlc. Other than that, the staff was quick and helpful.

Convenient hotel just off I 95. Handicap room served our wheelchair requirements. Everyone was pleasant and answered any questions we had including directing us to the local restaurants for dinner.

We stayed in this best Western for 5 days it's been a great experience the front desk has been very nice and welcoming. The room was very clean and quiet at night. the staff was very professional and friendly. The breakfast was delicious the kitchen staff very caring and attentive to your needs ( kudos to Flor and the other staff member that made sure we were happy. Overall I recommend this hotel to anyone that is planning to visit Georgia.

This hotel is nice,clean comfortable. Decent but not great complimentary breakfast. There was one especially helpful receptionist, Alicia. She deserves a big raise and promotion. And she's cute.

I stayed here for St Patrick's Day in Savannah Georgia. This hotel had one of the best breakfast I had ever had at a hotel. The guest services was extremely friendly and was very courteous to me as a military guest. From now on I will try to stay at Best Western Hotels.

We stayed at the Best Western Plus in Richmond Hill, Georgia. The room was quiet, clean, and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were nice and updated with great hot showers! Breakfast was pretty standard for hotels but we enjoyed it and were satisfied with the options. The staff at this location were polite and helpful. We will definitely stay at this particular hotel again when traveling along the east coast.
