My family and I stayed here the rooms were nice and clean. The best part was the young lady Lisa at the front desk. When we checked in she made us feel so welcomed to the hotel she had us alll checked in and on our way to our room so fast. Lisa made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay the best. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family especially is Lisa is working

I have had great stays with Red Roof. The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, in need of a slight update, but comfortable enough to come and crash. The affordable prices are also reliable, so that's a plus for a girl on a budget.
I'd suggest over Comfort Inn or Motel 6 any day.

Stayed in many Red Roof Hotels ..always clean..but this one really needs updates ..like new carpeting. Location was a little far away from the airport i thought. Clerk at desk was nice but never at the front desk when you walked in the office. Service was okaycould have been better.

Great no frills place to stay, friendly staff, nothing fancy but quiet and comfortable. Could be a bit cleaner but overall a good night stay for the money.

We were in Cleveland for a funeral. We had a very clean room. It was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was very convenient to our destinations and many restaurants. Seemed very well managed.

Good price. Quiet location. Spacious and clean room. A little bit of odor. Couldn't be sure if it was cigarette smoke or pet cover-up. Unnoticed after a few minutes in the room.

Stayed in a king room with my wife while we visited Cleveland for our anniversary for 5 nights after booking via hotwire mystery deal. Room had a king bed, wraparound desk with Comfy office chair, and a leather lounging chair. Bed was comfortable, a little plush for my liking, but I have a firmer mattress at home. TV was average for a hotel with your typical pay movie choices and free HBO. King rooms also have a nice mini fridge and microwave. Room was clean when I arrived and room was a cool 66°. They also offer room service if you're into that kind of thing, which is interesting for a budget hotel. My only complaint is that the bathroom left me feeling claustrophobic For the right deal, I'd definitely consider staying here again.

We stay in Red Roof Inns fairly often because of the pet policy, and this is probably the best one we've been to. It was clean and every staff member we encountered was super friendly and accommodating. They even let us check in a little early, which worked out very well for us.

Its OK, a bit lacking, no mounted on the bathroom wall hair dryer, no micro coffee pot. No backup 9 Volt battery in the alarm clock, nor a UPS in their registration computer either. Luckily, I was already awake and had just stepped out of the shower, when the power went out. The staff was nice and discounted the bill, as I had a 3rd floor room, and I needed to use the elevator to leave, and wait for the computers to reboot, making me late. I cannot walk steps well.

my wife and I loved this hotel! I took a chance in booking using only online reviews. Not only were we impressed with service, food, and atmosphere,[all of which were fantastic], but we received an impressive history lesson when we arrived. highly recommended!
