Great price, great service , just wish when I needed a refund I could have got it instead of having to switch dates or wait for a check. other than that great .

Room was ok overall. The carpet was inexplicably damp, but the room was clean. I checked in late at night, so I only dealt with a guy at the front desk. He was professional and quick. I checked out early, so I didn't get the chance to try out the continental breakfast.

Super 8 isn't as bad as the reviews say. The front desk was friendly. I only have 1 issue. Wash clothes. They only gave us 1 for 2 people. I was expecting a dump from the reviews I read before getting here. Oh and the tv could be bigger, but hey it works. I've been in way worse hotels. I'm staying here 2 days to visit Cleveland clinic, I'm glad I found a decent hotel with great people working here

Me & my sister stayed here for a night & was planning on stayed 2 nights but THE ROOM THEY PUT US IN HAD BED BUGS. We payed for the first night but i stayed at a friend house do the me being to intoxicated that night. But Wen i got back to the in room the morning. My sister told me to not sit in the chair & wen I asked why she told me she was itching all night & wen she was sitting in the chair a few bed bugs actually came out the chair. My sister had res bite marks all over her. Wen I went down to the office THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. I even explained that I would just like my money back for the night so we can atleast go & get another room. To remind u we paid $97 a night. Wen I kept asking for a refund the from desk lady (a mid aged black woman) gave me straight nothing but attitude ( as if she just got bit up by bed bugs after spending $200 on this piece of trash room). I kept asking to see there policy & wen I kept asking she called her manager Milli. Wen I asked Milli where can I see the policy that says I can't get a refund if THEY HAVE BED BUGS. Milli kept just telling me that it can't be seen anywhere because that's HER POLICY. To remind you WERE talking about BED BUGS. No one even seemed to concerned about us saying it's bed bugs. I wouldn't waste my money on this place. They must deal with bed bugs on a regular.

I stay here every 2 months when I come to the city for my healthcare at Cleveland Clinic. This trip was rough and I was too ill to travel home. The hotel was booked but the manager did me a huge favor by finding a client who was going to cancel and he made it possible for me to stay. That is dedication and extra care for the clientele. The rooms are always clean and Never found a single bug! I check everything before I even bring my bags in! The cost is great, easy access to everywhere being just off the loop and plenty of restaurants close by as well!

The front desk woman at checkout was amazing. Not so much the guy when we checked in. Well for sure be going back for a weekend getaway. The nephew and I had a blast. This time the pool will be open so it'll be more fun.

Decent breakfast (waffles, but no eggs or meats). Comfortable beds and pillows, decent shower. For the price, no complaints at all.

Could be nicer but the price is right. Seems to get quite humid in the room when we use the shower unless we put the A/C on high cool.

First impression of hotel room was that it felt dirty and a little outdated, but I guess that's what we expected. You get what you pay for. Breakfast left much to be desired. Self-made waffles were the only hot item, and everything erred on the side of starchy. Tomorrow we will hit McDonald's for breakfast.

Service was impeccable. The room immaculate. Large bathroom with tub and shower. Large flat screen t.v. with a large assortment of free premium channels. Parking that was free of hotel charges (incredibly high in Cleveland) and constant tipping. Delicious breakfast was part of the package. My only complaint was that their WiFi could not accommodate streaming from my Apple T.V.

Misclick on our part and we got the wrong amount of beds. Not at all helpful for reasonably resolving the issue.
