Great hotel, very clean with modern decor and usually a great price. My son goes to Case Western so I stay here often. My only suggestion for improvement would be for better TV selection and TV guidethis is still back in the 50's.

Very good name for Marriott. Room was clean, shower was nice, and it was a surprise to have kitchen amenities and a balcony for the price. Would stay again.

Very nice hotel. I will definitely consider staying here if I come back to Cleveland. The rooms are large and comfortable. It fit my family of four very well. I enjoyed this location.

Very clean!!!! Michelle in the Barista has an infectious personality, she is always courteous, and treats you like family.
Tamara is not your topical housekeeper, she made sure everything we needed was available at all times. She is a genuine individual. You have an amazing team at this facility. Everyone here is a class act! I would definitely stay here again.response / report this review -

Very nice team, welcoming and polished service experience. Some areas of the facility show its age, most areas have seen some upgrades. Shower was a tub and while it was tiled, the tub was an awkward cover - which made the shower head a little lower than desired. Overall a very well appointed and superior service you'd expect from the Marriott group.

It had a very clean room with comfortable beds with very few cosmetic like a past leaking ceiling stain. Staff was excellent very nice and courteous and knowledgeable. The gym is small but has adequate exercise equipment in like new conditions. Pool is also small not good for laps but relaxing and family fun is great. Location is also great close to highway and stores and restaurants.

The hotel was near a plaza, so getting food was not a problem. I didn't look for much in the way of service, but they do have a cafe where you can buy breakfast. The rooms were pretty spacious.

An older building with a really nice face-lift. Some nice amenities, all well done. No complimentary breakfast. Some minor issues (low pressure from the showerhead, very small mini-fridge), but overall not bad, but not special either.

Stayed several days at this hotel and was overly satisfied with most all of the aspects of the Doubletree. Service was excellent at every turn and comfort was assured. The bathroom is a bit small, but it's an antique building and it was quite functional. The suite area was very spacious and well appointed.

Ka Toya has exceptional guest service and the Gm Matt was awesome as well they were greeting every guest with a smile. I will absolutely be visiting again. The room were extremely clean and the beds are very comfortable I wish I could give 100 star rating. Keep up the great work
