In town for some construction work. Stayed here for a week. While I was here, it felt like home. The staff even invited me to help decorate the Christmas Tree! Its the first time in 17 years that I have decorated a tree since I lost my wife. Budget hotel with a HUGE HEART!

love motel 6 so much great job on everything really big rooms really big beds I want to live there thats how awesome it is I have a cat and the hotel lets me keep her but one problem. extra $ 25 but indoor pool, air conditioning, Spa, vending machines. could not ask for a better hotel then this one so amazon💖💖

This hotel is close to Kent State University. (Within 15 minutes) The staff is super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and fresh. The only negative I had was no shampoo or conditioner in the room however, there is a target right accross the street that sells travel size items.

They gave me a smoking room when I requested a non smoking room. I explained that I did not smoke and the hotel employee tried to tell me he couldn't change the room. I had to guide him through the concept of customer service and how he could charge me the difference for a non smoking room and still satisfy my needs. This frustrating conversation took longer than necessary and he definitely did not act like my satisfaction was a priority. Finally after many excuses he figured out how to change my room even though moments ago this was impossible. 1/10.

Great economy brand. No frills. Simple and clean. Stayed here a few days for days. A huge plus was the first laundryDidn't even have to leave the hotel to get my underwear washed!!!

Dirty room. Did not make beds they just pulled up the quilt. Bathroom was not cleaned any day that we were there. When we checked in the pillows did not have cases on. Children running the hallways banging on doors. Floors were never even swept our entire stay. Management was not helpful. He kept making excuses. Corporate was called and were no help. Even when told we had photos and video.

Location is nice. They are currently remodeling some rooms, so there are some funky smells (paint/lacquer, etc). Great that they take pets. Weekend help is great. Weekday people do not want to be bothered.

I had a great first experience with this Motel 6. However, this last visit was a disappointment. Our room was at the end of a hallway with flickering broken lights and the room itself wasn't great. The door to the bathroom was completely busted and couldn't be closed. The AC unit, located right next to the bed, was incredibly loud and startling when it turned on, waking both my boyfriend and I periodically throughout the night. I sincerely hope these issues can be amended as I truly enjoyed my first stay here and would like to stay again given that serious improvements are made in the upkeep of the rooms.

This hotel fit the bill for us. For $68.00 a night it was a simple place to spend the night while visiting family in the area. There were no frills we had a bed, one night stand, tv and mini fridge. When we came the elevator didn't work but was fixed by the evening. We asked for a few extra pillows but never received them. But overall it was clean and properly maintained. I would stay again.

Over all was a good hotel. Would have been nice if pool was open. Our room was recently remodel. It was nice. Didn't like that the air conditioner wouldn't stay on.hard to sleep when your sweating.

Motel 6, next time don't leave the light on. The updated painted rooms were very nice, staff was very friendly but the bed sheets were stained yellow and looked like a kid drew all over them with black marker. Wasn't any better in the bathroom with stained towels and washcloths. I only recommend maybe bleaching the white linens to remove the stains. Overall, though, not a bad room for the $50 price.

Room was nice and clean and everything was good except the air conditioner. Noisy as heck, I could run the fan only and it was quite but as soon as I turned on "air" I couldn't even sleep.
The price was great but I think I would pay a little more to be able to sleepresponse / report this review -

Great for the price. Stayed there this week and left an item in my room and the staff was very helpful in a timely manner in locating it for me. This even after I raised a big stink about it and accused them of taking it when they couldnt initially find it after the room had been cleaned.

1st time at a Motel 6. Cons: 1. They charged more than what I was sent via email by using the mobile app. 2. Heater didn't work the adjustment button was missing so you could not adjust the temp. 3. Toilet seat was broken. 4. Stains on the sheets. 5. said they had a pool but didn't work. Pros: 1. Quite 2. Soft beds. 3. Friendly staff. 4. easy access. 5. The mobile app was nice if it had worked correctly and not over charged. If the temp button would have worked I would have rated better but since we could not control the heat I rated as poor.
