This HGI was fairly nice. Good shower, nice water pressure. Clean. Friendly staff. Beds were soft and comfortable.

Very clean and great facility for catering and special events. They accommodated a group of several hundred and were able to keep up with the food line the whole time! And we never ran out of bacon! Looking forward to next year's holiday party!

We were at the Hilton garden Inn Mayfield village for a company Christmas party. We were very impressed with staff, service, and the accommodations for those attending the party. The property was very convenient being located right off inerstate 271. The food was presented elegantly and the atmosphere was very swanky. We had a wonderful time. Hope to be able to stay over night at this location in the future. I would definitely recommend this property for weddings, corporate functions, and parties. Thank you for such a fabulous evening.

Great place to stay. Friendly staff, clean rooms, excellent housekeeping. If you're on the first floor it's a bit noisy in the morning, and if you're near the pool room, it can be loud at night. The bar staff is extremely friendly and courteous, and they have a decent happy hour. I always stay here when in the area.

Breakfast staff is above and beyond what you would expect! Always cheerful and helpful in the morning. Make you feel like home. The room could use some tlc (toilet runs constantly, fridge is barely functional, ac took more than 24 hours to lower 5°) but overall a good stay.

Staff was really nice. For hotel gyms, it was one of the nicer ones. Food was good. If you don't have a vehicle, not within walking distance of anything to eat or activities

5 🌟 Quality hotel. Typical of most Hilton products. I really like how the restaurant and lobby connect together. Stayed there 2 nights for a high school reunion, and everything was great.

Rooms are large and well appointed. The breakfast spread is great with made to order entrees. The night desk reps were great! Damon was very friendly and helpful.

I stayed here overnight as a guest of my friend who was getting married. It was clean, quiet and nice area. The rooms themselves were clean too. It was quite close to the highway, so you can hop on right away, if you need to. Nice staff and place overall.

I have stayed here several times for business trips. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice, having eggs made for me rather than out of a buffet is a pleasure. Rooms are clean and spacious.

This historic home is located right next to the museum district. The art museum, natural history museum , and botanical gardens are short walking distance. The breakfast is very nice. I want to give a special thanks to Leslie who filled us in on the history of the building. WiFi excellent. Parking good. A lovely restaurant 50 yards away.

Comfortable and familiar. Goo brand hotel. Industrial area leave something to be desired. Otherwise, spacious rooms, nice amenities and friendly helpful staff. Room service was great and the bar area was fun. Would stay again.
