I rate this hotel no stars butni had to give a star to post my reviewTheir disgusting bed bugs ate me and my daughter up. I couldn't sleep. We're working in town for a week and I'm paranoid to sleep here!!! Guest services apologized a thousand times and changed our room but even I know if one room has them THE WHOLE HOTEL IS INFESTED!!! THE UNITES STATES HAVE BEEN INVADED BY THESE PARASITES AND NO HOTEL OWNERS CARE!!

Its a decent place to stay. The continental breakfast is very narrowminded and limited. House keeping is about once a week.
It is close to bus lines, the staff are conversational which is nice. There is nice out door pool equipped with a lift for disabled people tp enjoy the pool., They have laundry on site, and good kitchen set up and full use appliances . They even have wheelchair accessible rooms..

Rooms are well furnished and clean. The staff is very nice, and always doing their job with a smile! My only problem was that even the stronger wifi didn't work very well.

Overall I would recommend this hotel as an inexpensive option near Akron.

Cleanliness: The room was tidy, clean, and smelled fresh.
Decor: They have updated some of the decorations and colors, but overall the room is a bit dated (90's?)
Features: Window air conditioning unit worked great and was quiet.
Service: Everyone on staff was very friendly and helpful! Especially room service.

I gave it 4 stars because the lobby, and "grab and go" breakfast, was fine but not the best.

Nice hotel. Front desk staff very friendly. Was easy to find. Only complaint was finding hair in my shower

Stayed for two weeks. Excellent staff and service. Mostly quiet throughout the whole day. Pretty much dead. Never really fills with people. Many rooms to choose from.

Pros: Service was great, room was clean and fresh
Cons: Bed and pillows in room 110 were hard as a rock, beyond firm they were literally hard! These people charged me $25.00 more for not being out at 11:00am after explaining why (had a legit reason), I needed a couple more hours, we're not from around here and my husband had orientation with a company that uses Extended Stay America for their people going through orientation (of course we had to foot the bill but got a small discount), his orientation wasn't over by the time checkout come and me and my small dog had no place to go and no transportation to go anywhere but yet they charged us that $25.00. This happened once before at a Best Western and they allowed us to stay in the room for free (a couple hours after checkout) until we could get out (our semi was broke and being fixed). Doubt I will ever be back to one of these Extended Stay America nor give family and friends a good word about them. To me that's just money hungry people, I paid 2 nights they could have helped me with a couple hours after checkout time. Contacted corporate and I haven't heard a word back from them.
