The nicest amenity for dog lovers is that your dog stays free. The parking lot was very clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating especially maria. Rooms with microwave and refrigerator, and coffee machine were also a plus. We were upgraded effortlessly with no change in rate. Our room was large and clean, beds comfortable, all the amenities I enjoy in a hotel room were there. A+++ Will come back with my dog.

Worst hotel, cockroaches, disrespectful employees especially during the daytime. Isha needs to be fired harassed me and my boyfriend 15 minutes after 1 checkout and said she is calling the police threatened me. Said do you want me to call the police. Nasty unsanitary hotel. Bbb and health department are now being contacted aswell never go here. And ive spent 1000s of dollars at this hotel everynight and they dont care. Contacting all links to red roof. Schaumburg

Fair price but not good service. Shower rail was broken and microwave did not work. They were notified but never did anything during our 4 day stay.

I didn't stay I picked someone up! No frills, free parking including handicap parking, handicap accessible, free Wi-Fi, competitive pricing and 1/2 off of her stay in September. Great value if booked online

Best hotel of all time! I marched into the establishment and that man at the front desk was SO friendly and I felt like a superstar. I'm going to recommend this hotel to my grand kids. Amen

This hotel is terrible. I checked in and got my key. When I went to my room there was already another customer sleeping in it who I woke up! They assigned us both to the same room. I then go back to the desk and get a different room. There is a police car that circles the building every hour. A bunch of young people on the top floor who are obviously selling drugs and doing a terrible job of being discreet about it. There were no towels in my room and the washing machine upstairs doesn't work. It just eats your money. I wish I didn't book through a 3rd party site or I would have immediately gotten a refund and left

This hotel is horrible! We found a cockroach and showed it to the man at the front desk. He said they don't have bugs. After 3 times for showing him, he offered to switch our room which was at 3 AM. We have a small child who would have woken up. Throughout the 1 night we stayed I captured 13 pictures of live cockroaches, some pictures had up to 5 at once! They were even coming out of the alarm clock. Never been more disgusted. If I hadn't gotten a refund I would have called corporate.

This location is not run very fairly. The person who runs this location is very prejudice. Prejudism was shown to us greatly. We were not able to rent a room the very next day because no problems we were very quiet. We are very tired from our trip. We did not have transportation to get another room somewhere else and caused us a great deal of problems. We absolutely did nothing on any level except for being very quiet for this to happen. Not very clean. The woman behind the desk was extremely rude to my husband. Would never ever ever consider coming here again and never consider telling anybody to come here again. I'm sorry I may be Caucasian and I may be from the United States but I don't think that I should be taught to so rudely to people who are not from this country maybe they should not be renting in our country if they don't like people from this country that's all I'm going to say hold on one more thing Stacy who happens to be the person who is there maintenance man likes to bother guests as well and he's a big drunk

This motel was easy for me to get to and there were many restaurants nearby. The rooms were adequately clean and the staff that I dealt with was polite. Nothing else stuck out to me one way or another. It was just a convenient place for me to stay, and I can't complain for the price.

The room that I booked did not have a refrigerator and microwave and had to pay to upgrade to one that did. The new room was bigger but filthy. Stains all over the comforter, the mattress was stained as well. The chairs were so filthy that even after I used all the towels to kill them, I still sat on a pillow. For the same price you can stay across the street at La Quinta. I would have changed hotels but they don't give refunds. Will upload pictures

Horrible! Check in is at 3pm, but I called a head of time saying, "we've been driving for hours and we are almost there can we check in early". The lady at the desk said it was okay for us to check in early since it was only one hour early. After driving 8 hours to get to Schaumburg. We got here and the "manager" gave us the wrong room. We went into a room that was occupied and my husband got cussed out by a drunk guy. The new room they gave us didn't have a refrigerator or microwave even though we booked a room with one. We knew the rooms were small and didn't care, but the bathroom was disgusting and had used wash rags in the bath tub. We are members of the Red Roof Inn and I have never been to a Red Roof like this one. I understand it's a budget hotel, but our experience with this hotel was terrible. We will never go back! Ever!
