One of the nicer hotels youll find in sycamore il. The breakfast is super good

The hotel is clean mostly modern. The employees are very helpful and courteous. But the first morning the room phone rang at 6:30am for no reason, the next morning I was woken up at 6am to the garbage service emptying the dumpsters and the internet quality is very poor. I have stayed there before and didn't have the disturbances, but the internet was also poor. For the cost I have to say that there are better hotels in the area.

We were evacuated from our room around 3am. The alarms in the hotel were going off. They stuffed everyone in a room,didn't offer any water food or anything while we waited for the fireman to secure the building. The next day did not hear a "sorry" or anything. It was sad to see the hotel be so unaopreciative of there guests

Pleasant stay for a couple nights. We loved that the bedroom was separate from the rest of the room so we could close the door and let our son sleep while we watched TV. Room was in need of repair.

My son and I stayed two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The pool was clean and well kept. The room was neat and tidy. All around a great stay.

Great for a small town hotel. Staff were friendly and the room was perfectly clean and in great condition. The blackout curtains made a big difference and the hotel was overall very quiet.

Pros: Staff was really nice. The pool and hot tub were great. Nice family atmosphere. Con: The first room we got, the windows were leaking when it rained. And we had issues with our key cards not working repeatedly. Overall: Really great time.

My room was clean and okay, but a tad dated which is why I gave it a 4 star instead of 5 star. Staff was friendly and cleaning service seemed to do a fine job. I'd stay here again.

Hotel was clean and the rooms and did no smell at all.. The pool is awesome along with the hot tub. I would recommend this hotel. It's a little pricey but worth it.

The overall was ok, but unfortunately my girlfriends mother had to change rooms due to leaking windows. Also there seemed have issues for key cards working on the door. But otherwise a pleasant experience and good service.
