Room was very clean, staff was excellent, no problems what so ever :)
Room was nice and clean. The service was very kind, friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to all my friends.
This was a great place to stay. Room was clean. No one bothered us. Staff was friendly. Perfect place to end the night.
ZERO STARS WAS NOT AN OPTION BUT THATS WHAT THE RED ROOF INN IN NORTHBROOK/ DEERFIELD DESERVES. HORRIBLE SERVICE. RACIST GENERAL MANAGER. STEREOTYPING AT ALL TIME HIGH. DURING EACH STAY THEY ASK ME TO WRITE THE NAMES OF EVERYONE WHO WILL BE STAYING IN MY ROOM EVEN MY CHILDREN AS WELL AS LICENSE PLATE NUMBER. WHILE SITTING IN THE WAITING AREA I WITNESSED OTHERS COME CHECK IN AND THEY NEVER ASKED THEM FOR THIS INFORMATION. FIRST STAY THEY PLACED ME NEXT TO LOUD MAINTENANCE AREA. I BOOKED ROOM THROUGH A THIRD PARTY AND I RECIEVED A LOW QUALITY ROOM WITH THIN BEDS. I STAYED HERE ON 7 DIFFERENT OCCASIONS. DURING MY 7TH STAY I WAS TOLD THEY WERE GETTING COMPLAINTS ABOUT MY 2 YR OLD MAKING BUMPING NOISE ON THE FLOOR AND IF I WANTED TO STAY AT THE LOCATION AGAIN I WILL ONLY BE ABLE TO STAY ON THE FIRST FLOOR BECAUSE OF MY CHILDREN OR THEY WILL NOT RENT TO ME. I THEN REALIZED I HAD BEEN PLACED BETWEEN TWO MAINTENANCE ROOMS AGAIN. THE NEXT DAY, I WALKED IN TO CHECK IN THEY TOLD ME I WAS PLACED ON THE DO NOT RENT LIST FOR DISTURBANCES. HOWEVER THEY WOULD NOT GIVE SPECIFICS OR ELABORATE WHEN REQUESTED. IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN DONT GO HERE THEY OBVIOUSLY DONT ALLOW WOMEN WITH CHILDREN OR IS IT JUST ME.A BLACK WOMAN IN AN AFFLUENT SUBURB WITH MY 3 CHILDREN LOOKING FOR SOMEWHERE TO LAY OUR HEADS AT NIGHT THIS WAS AN ISSUE FOR THE RED ROOF INN IN NORTHBROOK DEERFIELD. THE GENERAL MANAGER MIRIAM LEON PLACED ME ON THE DO NOT RENT LIST FOR THESE REASONS.
I would just like to say this hotel is one of the best hotels I've stayed at in awhile. The location is great it's nice and quiet. The rooms are very clean, the staff are excellentI will definitely be back and definitely refer someone to stay there.
Needed a hotel at last minute. Granted the only room available was a king special, it was still relatively cheap and it was a great room. Very nice and clean, plus in a nice quiet location but still close to the high way. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience.
They have really upgraded the property. It is very clean and. The entire staff is very friendly. This is not a 5 star hotel, but being a 2 star hotel it is the best even compared to many 2.5 to 3 star competitors. A recommended stay.
Clean. No frills. Great for business/budget lodging.
Stayed at this hotel for two nights while visiting Chicago. The location is fine, not very busy around the hotel. There isn't much as far as restaurants,so if you are looking for options you might have to drive 10-15 minutes. The room itself was clean, apart from a minor issue with a cigarette burn on one of the blankets which should probably be replaced. Only other issue was with the bathroom sink, which had the hot and cold indicators switched on the handle. Service was good, apart from housekeeping forgetting to leave fresh towels, but a quick call to the front desk and we had clean towels in about two mins. Overall this is a decent hotel for the price and a few night stays.
Very clean , tile floors .. no carpet is always a plus for me ! Only problem was the fridgerator and microwave was missing .. nice size flat screen though i guess ,
My friends and I had a great experience here. Front desk hispanic lady was super inviting and extremely nice & professional. Our check in and check out was very smooth. Had no problems what so ever here. Will come back here again whenever I'm in Chicago. Downside was no microwave in the lounge or bedrooms. Maybe add a microwave in the lounge area so we can warm up food. No mini-fridge in the bedrooms, but then again, we got the cheapest rooms possible at this inn. Overall, great experience with front desk staff and house keeping did a good job cleaning our rooms.
