Just get the buffet for breakfast. I ordered an omelette and it was incredibly undercooked and tasted like it was cooked in a dirty pan. They took away the complimentary coffee at about 9:30. Had to buy coffee after that. "Hot" tub was lukewarm at best. Ordered room service and 2 of the items I ordered off the menu were no longer available. It took them 15 minutes to notify me 1 of the items weren't available. Room service lady was very kind.

This is a gorgeous property near the airport. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable with down pillows and duvet and quality linens. Service was very good and all the employees I had contact with were gracious. Both times I've stayed though, check-in has taken a very long time, at least 20-30 min. This time they were having computer problems. The other issue is a lack of available luggage carts for check out. Both stays it took me a full 30 minutes find my own luggage cart for checkout. Overall, a wonderful stay if you're not in a hurry.

This property was clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking. Room was a good size and had both a microwave and fridge. Pool was oddly small and shallow. I was very disappointed to discover that the fancy restaurant does not offer any kind of food service for breakfast at 10 a.m. on a Sunday (the breakfast bar closes at 9:30, so if you sleep in, you go hungry).

The location was great since we were attending a wedding down the road at the Grove! The room was perfect. I like having a couch in the room to have another place to sit besides just on the bed. Good WiFi once we got logged in. Lots of parking available.

The check in process was very quick and easy. All of the staff were all very accommodating. We had stayed there for a wedding and they went about and beyond to provide the bride, groom, and the bridal with all the necessities. They even provided a shuttle for us to and from the venue. The shuttle driver was very nice and prompt. Overall we had a great experience staying here and would come back.

Love the service in the bar area. Amazing service from the darling Karla. I dunno where you guys got her but she is a definite keeper. Created a unique experience and made me not want to leave. Oh and her take on cocktails i tell you was just fascinating. If you are in the lobby area and decide to have a drink ask for it to be by Karla. Will be back 10 stars here to this one.

Easily accessible from Milwaukee Ave. Doesn't look like much from the outside but the inside is really nice and clean. Room was very clean and comfortable. My only beef was the wifi was slow or not working.

Great food and excellent service at Allgauers restaurant. Very few other patrons on the Saturday night we went and all were in golden years made it feel odd, but overall a good experience.

Rooms are nice but cold.. Takes a while for them to heat up. The last time I was here I think my heater was broken, it was freezing The bar food is good, but both times really slow service, weather they are busy or not. Forgot my boots last trip, I called.. They didn't have them.. Hmmm. It's close enough to a lot of things, that's nice.

The hotel staff from the entrance was very friendly. My room was cozy and smelled really fresh and clean. The food at hotel restaurant was good although during my lunch they didn't have no fries ( really no fries, what is the world coming to) I was offered ruffle chips on the house.
