HAD BED BUGS. We were told the night before that the manager would be in the next morning at 9 am to talk with us. In the morning we came to check on that and the new Front desk lady acted like we were lying, even when we showed her a LIVE bug we caught and put in a cup. Said the manager could not come in as he was working another shift at another hotel. We asked her to call him so we could talk with him and she said no, he was sleeping (working or sleeping, which is it??) and she didn't want to wake him. Finally angrily said fine, she would call him but she REALLY didn't want to wake him up and glared at us. I don't think she ever did. Thankfully we called corporate and they seemed to be on our side for now. DON'T STAY HERE.

Reserved a smoking room a month ago. Their policy changed so they are non smoking. They didn't contact us to let us know about this change. There was no manager to speak with and no customer service available. We canceled and found a better hotel with better customer service.

Where do I begin? We were supposed to stay 2 nights, but ended up checking out the next day because we were woken up @ 8 am by construction going on next door. No where in the lobby or on the front desk was there a sign stating that there would be any construction nor did the attendant warn us about it. If we had been 100% satisfied with the room, we might have stayed in spite of the noise. The bed had several hairs on it, including one pubic hair. There was a bobby pin on the bathroom sink, as if to say, "our rooms are only re-stocked and the beds remade." The fridge was the dirtiest part of the whole room. The ice tray was absolutely disgusting. It looked like someone had puked in it. The breakfast was minimal and everything was either dry or mushy. The coffee/juice cups were sample size. When we went to check out, the front desk clerk didn't even apologize for the noise nor the lack of cleanliness of the room.

Bathroom was not clean. Mold on the shower current. Long Black hair everywhere. Same with the bed. I could tell that the sheets had not been changed and there was long black hair throughout the sheets and in the pillow cases. Will not be staying there again.

Just your basic economy motel. Pool is small. Stairwell ac is off so extremely hot and musky. Service was good, except she told me the price was 85 then rung my card at 97 plus tax. Entrance is tricky to find. Good location though and no major issues had.
