Overall a good stay. Quiet, clean and comfortable beds. Be warned that as of 11-16-2016 the hotel is under construction, so you may experience inconveniences related to that (I didn't experience any).

Enjoyed our stay, from check in, to check out. Great lobby with adjacent Starbucks coffee/ cafe. Well appointed rooms. Staff was attentive and courteous. I would recommend this hotel and this location to anyone.

Super clean and friendly. The restaurant has great selections if you don’t want to leave the hotel. Everyone is very nice and accommodating.

The Courtyard was very clean as soon as we walked into the hotel. Parking was easy, and the rooms were very tidy with necessary accomadations. The only negative is that there are no pedestrian crosswalks nearby and you would have to drive to most places if needed. Pool area is small but clean and there is a gym area and a nice lobby.

While we only stayed here briefly, everything was great. The room was clean, and stylishly decorated. We were able to print our boarding passes easily from a computer in the lobby. Be warned, the bottle of water in the room costs $4 of you drink it, but it is fairly clearly marked.

Although hidden from plain sight off the main road, the hotel is less than a quarter mile away from the exit from I-90 west. The hotel is well lit from the outside, clean public spaces and fairly tidy rooms. Front desk attendants were very pleasant and professional. The room was acceptable, no major issues. Clean linens, tidy room and easy to operate climate controls. My particular room did not have a refrigerator, which I saw as a drawback. Beyond this one flaw I considered my stay to be quiet and comfortable.

I found the staff to be extremely helpful. The areas I visited we clean and spacious. When I entered the wrong building the staff directed me to the place where my meeting was, and the staff on the other side was just as helpful and nice as well.

The original room that I was given was next to a family that was extremely loud, shouting at one another and their children. When I asked to be moved to another room the staff was beyond helpful and made the transition to a new, quieter room easy and smooth. My overall experience wit the staff was pleasant. In general, we had a great stay.

First class service. Lots of amenities, incliding Starbucks Coffee in the morning. Location has a few other good businesses near it as well. The rooms are large and comfortable. And the room service was fantastic.
