Front desk staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating. Check in was easy and pleasant. Our room smelled clean and the floors were laminate instead of disgusting carpets. We will definitely come back on our return trip in a few weeks.
    Beds were high and comfortable.

This place is a great value for the money. Much nicer than the economy motels nearby , but not really that much more expensive. My room was clean and quiet, with a nice mattress. Breakfast is basic. WiFi worked well. Staff was friendly. I’ll likely stay here again.

Great value! First, the gentleman "V" working at the front desk was just so pleasant! Check in was easy and quick. Love that my pets were free and the cleanliness at this location was excellent.

The 3 stars is for Minnie, the housekeeping staff and the building. Minnie is awesome. I must say some of the staff (behind the desk) will question you directly (if you are non-white) when you walk in or go to grab amenities by the front. No person wants to be viewed like a trespasser/suspect during a stay. Maybe the management need to post pictures of all the non-white guest.

This place is a well kept secret and appears to be on the rise. It's quiet, comfortable, has excellent free Wifi, and you get exceptional "bonus chat" with Leann, the terrific GM. (She can cover almost any topic with knowledge and fluidity).

I was in town for Corvettes at Carlisle and stayed here because it seems more reasonably priced. I stayed for 3 nights and was charged for 4 nights, a fact I became aware of after reviewing the bill. I spoke with the manager who then corrected the charge, printed a new receipt and when I reviewed my bank statement 4 days later I was still charged for 4 nights. I am filing a complaint with Red Roof Inn corporate office, notifying my credit card company and am going to share my story on every social media outlet and automotive forum I can find. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!! They will try to rip you off.

We got in late and the staff was available and friendly. Our room was neat and clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel as a whole seems empty and lacking in character, but they explained they opened just a few weeks ago, so we cut them some slack. The smell of paint still permeates, but we didn't notice it after a while. For the prices, this was a great place to crash for the night.

The hotel is currently going through renovation. It was an old Holiday Inn. Our room was fully renovated and clean. There are active renovations going on while we stayed here. Can't wait to see the place finished and a bar and restaurant functional. From what I've seen, the place will be beautiful when completed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was not open yet. They are working on it.

Stayed in room 104 on June 14, 2015. Broken floor lamp with exposed wires dangling with a burnt out bulb & broken cover; wrong sized toilet seat that was not properly attached; bad desk chair with inoperable height adjustment; and several other lesser annoyances. Desk clerk had the personality of a cardboard cutout - no welcome, no thank you, no how was your stay - and had the nerve to tell me that I was rude. After six weeks no response from either RRI Carlisle of RRI corporate customer service to a three-page letter I sent. I've been a RRI Redi-Card member for years, but I will never stay here again, and would never recommend it.

I would give this dump no star if it was an option. Absolutely the most disgusting hotel I've ever checked into. We got hit in the face with a funky odor as soon as we opened the door. Stains in the sheets and blanket. Looked like there was black mold on the box spring cover. The worst were several strands of hair near the pillow! Checked out within 5 minutes. The front desk clerk even agreed with me, saying that was his last day there, because it's so "nasty".

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in! Property is run down. Pool area is an eye sore, garbage collector. Toilet had black ring at water line (all other patrons also), sink and tub drain spout encrusted in rust stains, shower stopped in middle of shower as pressure dropped and more water was coming out of spout than shower head. Call front desk, they were too busy and would call back - never did. Windows are cloudy from years of condensation between panes and smell from smoking wing can be smelt throughout complex. Dining room was shut down both days so no continental breakfast with no provisions made or discount applied. Ice machine was unplugged with a note directing you to the front desk and they would fill 1 bucket for you (I assume to limit coolers getting filled). Staff were ignorant to our concerns even at checkout with 2 other parties complaining at the same time. Please don't even consider this hotel. Makes me wonder about other Red roof Inns?

A general lack of maintenance. The carpets are worn and dirty in the hallways, walls and doors are marked and dirty, our room which was the 111 had a toilet paper holder broken, the Kleenex box holder broken and no Kleenex in the room , broken flush handle on the toilet, vacuum fan and solar lights in bathroom not working. Poor condition bath tub.The rooms have a bathroom desinfectant smell. No chair worthy of the name in the room. Just a fucked office chair and a soiled parlour chair available. Washer and dryer were out of order. No coffee maker in the room as advertised. Ice machine not working
A shame for Red Roof Inn name. .
Sad that we were very tired and all our luggage was unloaded, because we would have left
    Please go some place else

One wordFilthy! This hotel should not be in operation because it is very dirty and outdated. Visible patches on the walls and old dirty restrooms.
