Would be okay for a one night stay, but for extended you will not have any peace during the day. The maids are not supplied door stops so they just constantly let the doors slam on the security latches. It is loud even 5 doors down. Even after asking politely for them to stop as I was working night shift 30 minutes later it continued. After the second day of this I checked out 2 weeks early. When informed why the front desk did nothing. All it would take is some rubber door stops, or a competent manager to train them not to let doors slam and bounce on latches. I learned this at about six years old.

Front desk was happy to help. Location was perfect right near the mall and bass pro. The rooms were really nice. The exception being the bed it was a super hard mattress with what felt to be a softer pad on it. It crunched when you layed on it. Blankets and pillows were spot on.

The staff at this hotel was GREAT. We were there on a family vacation of 55 ppl they were patient with us. While it may not seem like a big deal, it was greatly appreciated that they never showed any frustration towards our very large, sometimes very loud group. I must say that I was impressed with the cleanliness throughout the entire hotel. Our room was perfect upon arrival. We will definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents. Thanks again!

Our family decided to stay at Candlewood Suites for our family vacation to Hershey Park!!! The hotel stay was great!!
Alexus was awesome and her personality is heaven sent!! She did a great job checking over 55 people into their rooms. She also did a great job communicating with us and helping us with local restaurant options!! Checking in was a smooth process and checking out was a breeze!!
They gave us fresh laundry daily.
The pool and sauna was NICE!!! Our family definitely enjoyed the pool area (kids and adults)!!

Possible BED BUG infestation!!!! Be aware!!!! Although the management denies any existence of pest infestation, I developed several bite marks and SAW a small bug that fit the description of bed bug.

Very nice and clean place. The pool is a little too small to swim laps in, but for lounging in, it's perfectly fine and the jacuzzi is, well, a jacuzzi. It has I nicely stocked food/snack area and a business center if needed. The rooms are very nice with granite counters, a full sized microwave, and a full sized refrigerator.

The room was well equipped and comfortable. The shower curtain rod was loose, but not a problem; the person at the front desk said they would fix it when I told them at check-out.
