Only visited the lobby to meet friends. But it was clean and the staff was very friendly. The coffee was good and they gave instructions on how to take their regular coffee and turn it into something very similar to a Peppermint Mocha. I live locally so don't need to stay here, but would recommend to people from out of town based on the staff and quality of upkeep on the public areas.

Nice place, very modern in comparison to the surrounding area. Breakfast is not too bad as well. Moreover it is clean and staff is friendly.

The Hampton Inn & Suites in Ephrata is an elegant hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are spacious and casual. It's right across from the historic Mountain Springs Hotel and offers a beautiful view of the heart of Ephrata.

Excellent Hampton with a nice central location and a great view. Staff is friendly and helpful, coffee is plentiful and free, and the rooms are comfy as can be. Pool is fun too!

Small town comfort. Ask for an even-numbered room to get a view over the town - gorgeous as the sun goes down! Nice breakfast.
