The rooms were clean but dated, which wasn't the problem. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and hard, the pillows were flat and the shower only got to a luke warm temperature. The staff was nice however.

The room was very clean and well maintained. We were told the mattresses were brand new and were very comfortable. This is a family run hotel with very friendly and courteous owners. Breakfast was great but it would have been nice to have an area to sit. We just brought it back to our room which had a small table and two chairs so it worked out fine.

I'm currently working in Pennsylvania on the pipeline stopped at this place today to look for a new place to stay for the rest of my time here in Pennsylvania this place is phenomenally clean very nice people second to none looking forward to the rest of my time in Pennsylvania staying right here at this hotel

This place is fine for exactly what it is.. Basic accomodations. Not a resort, not a spa. Renovated older motel facility, not badly done. Pleasant, safe location. Comfortable bed, acceptable cleanliness, good breakfast with a good price point. Good restaurants within short drive, gas, diesel and convenience store within half mile. (Lazarros is great!) Easy run to Hershey park, 10, maybe 20 mins max. The people who own/run this are VERY polite, helpful and NICE. My second time here and I WILL stay again when I need a room in the Hershey area.

Good hotel. Clean basic rooms. Traffic is a bit noisy but not too distracting. Nice little town with great pizza and ice cream..

The room is small and but very clean and well supplied. The breakfast selection was good for a cold breakfast selection. My fiance really enjoyed having the pool. The staff was very friendly and very accomodating. I would use the place again.

The service there was fantastic. The rooms were very comfortable. Also, the pool was well mantain, and very clear. The view was nice from my room. Although the hotel is right next to a busy road, I had no problem staying there.

Affordable, clean, friendly staff.. only downside is the traffic that you will hear but.. its location is for close proximity so that's no biggie and honestly the same that happens at any road adjacent motel- calms down in the later hours. Not a whole lot for the free breakfast but its still adequate for me to grab something light, get some juice, waffles etc. Would definitely stay here again instead of paying

We didn't arrive till almost midnight, so had to wait for a minute or two for the gentleman at the front desk to arrive. But he was still very courteous and accommodating. The rooms were extremely clean - and the bed was so comfortable, it was the best night's sleep I have had in a long time! I would definitely stay here again. We were just sorry we slept in too late and missed the continental breakfast.

Drove from Columbus Ohio and checked in this past Thursday night. Left Sunday morning. Area is quiet and not much around. But Hershey and food is all around just drive or map it. Definitely the best bet for visiting the Hershey parks. Why pay more for the same thing. All competitors in price range are same or worse looking.
Check in was easy, staff is friendly and mostly family that works it I suppose. Rooms smelled clean upon entry. Clean towels, shower and hardware. Bathrooms setup is not ideal for bigger persons but would still work. AC, fridge and microwave all worked. TV has lots of channels including Disney and Sprout-128. Not much traffic noise and neighbors in next room were blaring hip hop in middle of day and could barely hear through the walls.
Breakfast is very limited but typical waffle, fruits and juice. The pool was good and warm with a new liner. The only drawback is small shallow end and owners had friends/family over the one night so it was sorta crowded. Other than that no qualms about anything. For the price I wouldn't expect anything more. It felt safe, clean and house keeping cleaned up and stocked the towels. The stuff wasn't messed with and they printed my park tickets off for me at the office.
I would definitely recommend and stay here again and again when I am in the area.response / report this review
