I had a bad experience with my sister in this campus, it was the first time seeing her in years and she overdosed. It was very scary experience I've never had to deal with. Instead of asking me to leave and helping to understand why I was being asked to leave I was accused of being a drug addict and told I couldn't even wait for my clothes to finish drying before leaving. As I approached the desk I told her I hope one day she has the experience of having someone put the icing on the cake of her bad day the way she did mine. She proceeded to tell me she was in recovery (all the while speaking over me not letting me get a word in) as if this was supposed to somehow make me feel better about her being so rude a disrespectful. I could not believe the audacity this woman had. My mother overdosed and died one month ago and seeing it so close with my sister was very traumatic. The last thing I needed was a rude woman to top things off. This experience has changed my whole perspective on this hotel, they have no personal touch what's so ever. Beyond that the bed sheets had stains on them and any time I get a room I always have to go ask for more toilet paper, there was never more than one roll. If the price of the rooms were lower this would all be fine. But when you're paying close to 100$ you don't expect to have to walk down stairs every time for essentials. These things mixed with the very rude woman who turns out to be the manager (Lord knows how that happened) have made my mind up about this hotel completely and I would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone. God doesn't like ugly, and I'm pretty sure glutton is a sin as well.

4 stars for value and location. A year ago this was not the nicest hotel to stay at, but under the new management ,and with the recent upgrades to all of the rooms ( new bathroom sinks and c countertops and curved shower curtains, new flat screen tv, new fridge and microwave, new lightning) this place is actually a good deal. The rooms could use some new carpeting but they are definitely improving the quality of this hotel. It is worth at least one night just to see if you like it. I have been there 4 times for 10 days we h time and found thhat it is the best value for a reasonably clean and updated hotel. Plus I like the fresh waffles in the morning.

You get what you pay for. This hotel is very reasonably priced. Nothing fancy, just a place to sleep. The room we stayed in had a horrible smell when we checked in. So I'm glad we where there only to sleep. they did say on their website they had coffee pots in the room .THEY DO NOT. All in all I would stay there again. If you need some where cheep this is your place

My father is handicapped. In a wheel chair and can hardly stand. The handicap accessible room did not have grab bars near the toilet. This made it impossible for him to use the bathroom without the danger of falling. I went to ask if something could be done. I was told that the owner said that days inn does not require grab bars. I found them a real handicapped accessible room in another hotel. If you're handicapped don't bother with this hotel.

Entire place reeked of weed and the staff was either clearly high or didn't speak much English. The "pool" was gross and was basically a hole in the ground lined with contact paper. They had no first floor or accessible suites and no elevator. Our "suite" did not have a pull out couch as advertised, no microwave, and the TV didn't work properly.

Not what they promised or what we paid for. We requested a roll in shower for wheelchair. Drove an extra 60 miles past our family reunion to have access so a handicapped occupant in wheelchair could shower. Arrived and was told no roll in shower. The manager and desk clerk sat laughing behind the counter as we told our occupant there would be no shower. These places need to realize not all wheelchair bound people can stand or sit up without back support. They did however put a tiny seat in the bathroom but without back support so was useless. Deliver what you promise.

One star is generous. Door propped open, apparently to air out last nights smoke fest. New carpet and paint in room but bathroom comes fully loaded with loogie in sink, dead fly on floor, mold on tub and broken shower handle. Looks like they are in the middle of an upgrade but they have a loooonnng way to go.

It looks like they are in the process of remodeling/improving this place. It's clean and spacious although some of the furniture/decorations still missing or not hang properly. Bathroom a are small and have old features. Overall it serves the purpose providing the place to stay away from home in comfortable conditions, nothing fancy.

Place is a dump. Name has been changed three times in the last year, because they can never pass inspection. Worked there for a year , the owners are two dumbbells who don't know anything about the hotel business or hospitality " just a easy way for there lazy butts to make money" . Cheapest people in the world but I'm pretty sure if you have stayed at this dump before you already know that. Place is absolutely disgusting and more then half of the furniture in that dump is over TWENTY YEARS OLD. if you don't want to catch something or take any pets home with you go elsewhere.

Great room for the price. Location is awesome with only being 10 minutes from the city of Lancaster. Would definitely come by again.

Big improvement than what's shown on the site. Front desk are very friendly and will help if you need it. Had a mix up with my points in the beginning which was kinda my fault but they were on top of things to make sure I got things fixed. I enjoyed my stay here. They make my stay comfortable even during the remodeling. I have no complaints and will come back to this hotel and will recommend this hotel.
