I would give zero stars if possible. Horrible, horrible dealership. Have been waiting almost 3 months now to receive the title for the car we purchased. All phone numbers go to dead ends or a voicemail that is completely full. I would encourage anyone to NOT purchase from this dealership.
Very good business. Makes things right if something is wrong. Few business will do that in this day and age.
Melissa sorry about this but no one here would ever be upset or become belligerent. This seems to be a false review. we have been in business for almost 5 years and that is not a way we would treat our customers.
Trying to sell a used truck while declining to disclose all of the issues. When called out on the misleading advertising he started to become belligerent and insulting women. Seems to be very untrustworthy and misogynistic.
I was treated with respect and was left to do my looking without being followed around and yacked to about the cars. That's a big plus in my book! After a decision to purchase, the paperwork was taken care of in a timely manner. I left happy as a pig in mud. I've been driving this car for 3 weeks now and I'm still just as happy.
I found the Reasonable Auto Group to be fair and friendly, They went out of their way to be ready for me even though I pushed them a little for time. They were very apologetic for holding us up but made sure that the car we bought was ready. I am enjoying my little EOS. It seems to be a great car and fits my needs perfectly. The price was fair and for the first time in many car buying experiences I didn't argue but paid what was asked. It was a fair price and win-win is always my plan in business decisions.
