We were looking for a specific vehicle and AutoNation Ford Bradenton had that vehicle. It had less mileage and was more affordable than anything we looked at. David, in sales, did an amazing job and we were in and out within an hour. A big thank you to Chris, in service, for getting our vehicle to us quickly. I had an absolutely wonderful first experience at Auto Nation Ford Bradenton. They were all super helpful especially David Hannon. He made my first car purchase such and amazing experience! I highly recommend them.

Very friendly and helpful service department. If I lived in the area I would definitely come back to AutoNation Ford in Bradenton, FL.

Finance man was snappy with the salesman. Car left the lot with under inflated tires,and I didn't get the license plate bracket I asked for.Kudos to Tom Somers in the service department for the service he provided recently. I came in right before closing with a low tire.he promptly had it fixed for me, what a nice guy with a great attitude,good to meet people like that.

This was my first visit to Auto Nation and my husband and I both bought a vehicle the same day. Ron Plaxa was very helpful and everything moved along smooth. He was able to get us the best price possible. I would recommend sending any of my friends there who are in the market for a vehicle.

It was my first experience with Autonation Ford Bradenton. Make sure you make an appointment. Their timings are so convenient. The staff is very courteous and friendly. To all Ford Owners out there, try this place for once and you will be hooked. They treat their every customers with great respect. Highly highly recommended.

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The facility is clean and comfortable for waiting. I think they really want customers to have a positive experience. I have leased two cars from them, and used their service department for just over three years. I plan to continue. If you like a name to use, try Alberto in service, or Mike Bolton for a purchase or lease. Marco will have all your money answers.

Mike Bolton is an exceptional salesman. We were "just looking" at a Jeep and Mike made his presence known but is skilled enough to know to give me my space to look around and decide if I was really interested. After I took the Jeep for a test drive Mike was no pressure, he gave me the paperwork to the Jeep so that I could see what was included and the Car Fax. If I did have questions Mike was there with the answers. My husband and I decided to purchase the Jeep and the whole process went smooth from start to finish. I would recommend AutoNation to anyone that needs a vehicle. If you don't want high pressure sales people just ask for Mike!!!

The service department was great but sales was absolutely horrible. Don't show up here as a woman trying to buy a truck and expect not to get ripped off. Trade in offer was 10k under blue book and truck priced 4 k over advertised price.. wonder how they sleep at night

Brought my RV in for a recall notice I received from Ford. I made an appointment a week or so in advance. The recall notice indicated this could take, I believe it said it could take part of a day.
The service guy went somewhere and said the lift for an RV was not available and they might have to keep my RV overnight. I had to call my wife and come get me. While waiting I looked at the big lifts in the back of the shop and nothing was on them(I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe these were old ones and had new ones elsewhere). My wife picked me up and within about three to four hours after dropping the RV off, got a call that it was ready for pick up. I would have been happy to wait there if I had known this wasn't going to take a day or so. Other than that everyone was very friendly and I was happy not to have to leave my RV overnight.response / report this review -

Our salesperson Mike Bolton was very helpful and articulate with my wife and myself. He went out of his way to help us; we even had lunch on them because it was Memorial day (this food was great). We love our new Ford Escape 2017.

Alberto Kept me informed of the repairs. Someone took me to my home and then picked me back up. Everything was explained thoroughly and everyone was helpful and courteous. The person working on the car came out and discussed it with me as well.

Great experience buying a new car here. Our salesperson Brett was very accommodating to our needs with no high pressure pitches. Once the deal was made the rest of the process was very quick. Employees are very friendly. I chose to buy a new car here because their service dept is top notch, having taken care of my f150 for the past 3 years. They have all my business
