I bought a Van here a few months back and had an excellent experience. I was travelling in from another state to make the purchase, which added some complexity, scheduling inflexibility and extra issues to work through. Jose Cotto-Santiago was the rep I worked with and he provided everything I could have asked for, and continued following up with me months after the purchase to ensure that everything was still satisfactory. He provided excellent customer service and I just wish I knew people in this area so I could recommend they purchase their vehicles there!

My girlfriend and and I had an excellent experience at Gettel Toyota. We were looking for her first car and found a good deal on autotrader at this dealership. They were able to work with us and gave us a trade in credit and finance credit even though we did not want to trade in or finance. Our salesman John made us feel comfortable and accompanied. He was knowledgeable and made the whole process easy. Honestly the best experience I've had buying a car. Highly recommended

I came here to get an oil change about two weeks ago. I had a really friendly service man help me out, his name was Jimmy. I've been coming here for a few years now to get my oil changed for my Toyota Avalon and my last visit has been my best experience. Jimmy was very friendly and professional.

I just bought my fourth Toyota here and love this dealership. I had the best experience working with Nick "Duke" Djukich. The first time I could say it was actually fun to buy a car! Great experience buying our new Sienna. Jose was very attentive and made our experience very positive. There was never a time we felt pressured and he was very helpful in steering us in the right direction for what we wanted. Follow up service has also been spot on. Great experience!!! Colin and Jorge are very professional and friendly. And I truly felt like they cared about my best interest and worked very hard so I would receive the most for my trade( it exceeded my expectations) unheard of with car dealers!! From the minute that I stopped at the Gettel Toyota of Lakewood lot, I received unhurried, personalized, attention. There was no "Hard Sell" or any of those "Secret Delays" where you are left waiting for the Salesperson to reappear. The negotiation for the Trade-In and New Vehicle numbers was cordial and completed without drama. A young lady seated with a Salesperson near my location received the exact same attention and respect! Follow-up communication, to assure that I remain well pleased with the deal, has been nothing less than amazing! My Salesperson, Caryl Choon, made me feel welcome, and worthy of her time, attention, and expertise. This was my first visit, and the dealership facility impressed me as bright, fresh, and energetic. You definitely feel that they want you as a lifelong, happy customer!

I have to say that the entire service staff at Gettel Lakewood is outstanding! I have been a loyal customer for 5 years and we have had both of our vehicles (bought new there) serviced there since purchase. From Russ, our advisor, to Rich, Rob, Travis and the rest of the service team, we have nothing but accolades to share. They are always friendly, informative, go out of their way for us, and make our visits there an enjoyable experience!

The dealership is always spotless, comfortable, and all of the rest of the staff there keep us coming back.

Jordan, a service representative at the dealership, was especially helpful when I had a flat tire on Interstate 75. He not only made sure I received help to fix the flat, but continued on the line to be sure I was safe and the donut placed on the vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership, he arranged for the tire to be replaced and even washed the car before I left.
We have a towing and hazard package on the car/tire, but the level of service was outstanding. Huge thanks for his professionalism and excellent service.

Gettel Toyota has never disappointed me. Everyone I've ever interacted with, from the receptionist to the general manager, has been courteous and gone out of their way to be helpful. My salesman, Wayne, was great to work with. He was honest and knowledgeable and worked very hard to help me get exactly what I wanted without going over my budget. I recommend Gettel any time I hear someone is looking for a car.

David Benitez is the greatest salesman! He's patient, caring and wants to be the best help he can be. In this situation, for me and my family, leading a car is best and he explained the benefits of buying versus leasing, he took his time to show me some cars and was overall a huge help!
He took the time to explained us all the safety features that we were looking for in the car we wanted. This made the buying experience easier and more simple for us. Safety is our number one priority.
